We have stayed at this property a handful of times now and it is always wonderful! A well furnished and fully stocked home, soo close to the beach and restaurants! Plenty of parking, a nice front porch as well as a beautiful backyard area!

Nice Location

Nice place, the location to multiple restaurants and convenient stores make quick stores runs a breeze. The master Suite and Full bath is nice. Tons of parking!

This home is very well kept. It’s located in a very nice convenient location in middle of Ocean City

The group’s stay was very nice. They said they would return off in the area.

Great Location!

This property was just what my friends and I were looking for. We needed a lot of parking and easy access to the main strip (coastal highway). The house is clean, I wish that there was some form of cable tv but we didnt spend a ton of time inside because the weather was so nice.

Beach stay before school starts!

We had a great trip at Bill’s house! We were looking for a house close to the beach with two bathrooms and three rooms and that’s exactly what we found. When we had a question and messaged Bill, he responded right away! The house is literally half a block to the light, And then walk a block to the beach! I would definitely stay here again!

This was a perfect location for getting to the beach. Plenty of room for the family and two bathrooms was a plus. Don’t count on using the upper bunk as there is no safety rating. We did use the pullout sofa and love seat in the living room. There is a room on the back that was not accessible and this made it that you had to go out the front and around the side to use the back yard. It would have been nice to go out the back of the house.

Great for reasons big and small

Couldn't recommend this stay enough. Communication with the host was very easy (and hands-off, which we preferred), and check-in was seamless. Check-out was the easiest of any short rental I've ever stayed in (we didn't have to clean the whole house while also paying a cleaning fee, unlike some places). Location was as good as it seems (as long as you don't mind driving to the boardwalk, which wasn't a priority for us, and there was plenty else to walk to). And the house felt so lived in, down to having a kitchen full of useable cookware, even plenty of Tupperware for us to store leftovers after we cooked a big dinner. Only complaint was that the top bunkbed didn't have a railing, but we didn't need that bed in the end. A real place for real people.

Perfect for Our needs, walk to great places!

This place was great! especially the multiple parking places. The house was clean, there were plenty of dishes, and supplies. Very Comfortable. Bill is a great host!

Nice clean place. Small kitchen with limited supplies Great communication with host. Short walk to Beach. Plenty of shopping and dining options nearby. *Note The listing states that there is towels/linens toilet paper etc supplied. I was expecting to find more than two towels and half a roll of toilet paper for our group of eight. It was but a minor inconvenience but it would've been helpful to know that sufficient towels and basic supplies are not included.

Location was the only positive about this property. The host doesn't provide enough towels or sheets, the appliances are outdated, the grass in the back made two people bleed, and half the property is not available to guests.

Walking Distance Activities: Two blocks up is a small city park with 2 tennis courts as well as a basket ball court. Good for a quick pick-up game of basketball or tennis! The OC Art Museum is easily accessible. Several restaurants are in walking distance - Bull on the Beach, Liquid Assets, Leyton's Family Restaurant, Candy Kitchen and Sunsations ( T-shirt store) are also nearby. The Roses discount department store along with the Acme supermarket allow access to most of items you need to supply you for a week, including food, beer and wine, inexpensive beach chairs and beach items like sand buckets and shovels, sun tan lotion. There is 7/11 located across on 94th street. You really can park your car for the week and walk to stores to buy what you might want to have a great vacation! There is also a North Side Park nearby on 125th Street which has a long walking pier going out into the bay. It is great for an evening stroll and oh what great sunsets! Dumser's Ice Cream is made locally and they have shops all over town, one by the park to a cone after your walk! Many like the Liquid Assets restaurant nearby.
