Make breakfast before skiing, pack lunch for your outing, or cook dinner together in the fully stocked kitchen. Nearby groceries make it easy to eat well while keeping your trip budget in check.

After a day outdoors, settle into the living area beside the wood-burning fireplace. An in-unit washer and dryer help you freshen up clothes for the next adventure.



The View Is a Highlight

Bring your coffee onto the private patio when weather allows and take in the San Juan Mountains. Guests frequently mention the scenery, and some have enjoyed watching hot-air balloons nearby.

Big windows let you enjoy the mountain backdrop from inside, too—perfect for a slow morning or a well-earned rest day.



Bring Your Adventure Buddy

Up to two pets are welcome at $75 per pet. Enjoy exploring together, then return to a comfortable place to relax. Pets must be leashed outdoors and cannot be left unattended in the condo, so plan outings accordingly.



Guest Access:

Enjoy private use of the entire condo and patio. Keyless entry with your unique four-digit code makes arrival simple.

The Neighborhood:

Stay in uptown Pagosa, close to coffee shops, restaurants, groceries, and everyday essentials. Walk out for breakfast or pick up ingredients for dinner before heading home.

Downtown and the hot springs are less than a 10-minute drive away in normal conditions. Nearby lakes and trails offer more ways to spend time outdoors, depending on the season.



Getting Around:

• Walk to nearby coffee shops, restaurants, and groceries

• Less than 10 minutes by car to downtown Pagosa Springs and the hot springs

• Approximately 30 miles to Wolf Creek Ski Area

• Less than 1 mile to the golf course

• A vehicle is recommended for skiing, trailheads, and exploring beyond the neighborhood

• Allow extra travel time during winter weather

• Maximum occupancy: Four guests.

• Up to two pets are welcome at $75 per pet.

• Pets must be leashed outside and may not be left unattended in the condo.

• No trailer parking.

• A portable A/C unit is provided for warmer days.

• Optional Pagosa Lakes Recreation Center access requires advance coordination and a guest fee. Its pool and hot tub are shared facilities located off-site.

• Confirm applicable lake permits and seasonal access before planning water activities.

• Hot-air balloon sightings are occasional and cannot be guaranteed.
