This newly decorated condo is right in Downtown and only a few steps from Lady Bird Lake with scenic Walk & Bike Trails, and Rainey Street with laid-back vibe during the day, and fun scene with live music at night. Close to all the fun, yet far enough to enjoy peace and quiet. Whether you are headed out for a day of exploring or working remotely, this condo is a perfect home away from home.
Once you step inside, you'll be greeted by an open space where living, dining, and kitchen areas flow together.
THE LIVING ROOM has a leather pull-out sofa with a queen mattress for extra guests, LED fireplace and a large flat-screen TV.
THE BEDROOMS offer comfortable king and queen size beds with Smart TVs, ceiling to floor windows with room darkening shades. We also provide eye covers, ear plugs, and a sound machine in each room to ensure even the lightest sleepers rest easy.
THE MAIN BATHROOM features double vanities, glass enclosed shower, plenty of plush towels and complimentary toiletries, so you can pack light and feel at home. THE SECOND BATHROOM has a single vanity and a deep soaking bathtub with a shower - giving you the option to take a quick rinse or relax with a long soak. You can also find beach towels and sunscreens in each bathroom.
THE KITCHEN has everything you need to whip up anything from a quick breakfast to a gourmet dinner. Don`t depend on coffee shops as we have coffee provided in the unit. Seasonings, condiments, pots and pans, you name it!
DINING AREA features a table that comfortably seats 6 - great for shared meals, working remotely, or gathering for drinks and conversation.
Step out onto the PRIVATE BALCONY to enjoy stunning water views of Lady Bird Lake from either side.

THE 33RD FLOOR - Heated Rooftop Pool with arguably the best view of the entire Downtown Skyline and Lady Bird Lake. Rooftop Clubhouse (can be rented for events) that has WiFi, a full kitchen, and an extra large flatscreen TV for big game day watch parties.
THE 10TH FLOOR - stay active in the full Fitness Center, including private Peloton bike rooms that you can log in to your subscription and use whenever you`d like. A Yoga Studio, and Outdoor Meditation Deck.
THE LOBBY - Cuvee Bar is conveniently located next to the lobby. It is a cafe and a cocktail lounge that is open 7 days a week.
PARKING - 24/7 Garage parking is Valet only (84" clearance), it is $40/night with in/out privileges, and has EV charging stations, and bike storage. Street parking is also available. It is free on Mondays/Tuesdays after 6pm, and all day on Sundays. There are also EV charging points right outside the building. Please ask us about Park ATX App for street parking.

My favorite city in the world is Austin. I love the food, the music, Lady Bird Lake and all the weirdness and culture that exists. Rainey Street and the downtown area in general are the best because of how much you have at your disposal steps from The Natiivo.

Our condo is on the 23rd floor and has views of the lake. It was professionally decorated to incorporate all that Austin is with all the luxury and comfort we could provide.
