With its friendly neighbors, cozy restaurants, and tree lined streets, our neighborhood will immerse you in Charleston’s classic charm. This house is perfect for a family or group seeking a fun, culinary and cultural vacation. Popular dining spots in the neighborhood include Xiao Bao Biscuit, Fuel, Porchetta Shop, Southbound, R Kitchen, Chubby Fish and many more! Our guests and neighbors also rave about Welton's Tiny Bakeshop and Kudu Coffee. We recommend going to either for a cup of locally-roasted coffee or their delicious cookies and cakes. The house is only a short walk from the very popular King Street where you will find a multitude of great shops – including antique shops, book stores and fashion boutiques – as well as endless buzzing restaurants and bars.



Getting Around:

You can walk almost everywhere - but should you want to rest your feet, there are many other options for getting around: Uber, Lyft, Charleston Bike Taxi, Charleston Rickshaw, Green Taxi or Yellow Cab.

Luggage storage offered Monday- Friday at our main office from 8:30am-5pm. On weekends we recommend utilizing Bounce Luggage storage. Please inquire once booking is complete for the address!



‱ NO Smoking Allowed. Violators will be fined a minimum of $250 for in-room smoke damages. Smoking is ONLY permitted outside of the property, but please try to keep at least 10 feet from the doors to keep smoke from trailing inside.



‱ Firearms are NOT allowed in any of our private residences. Any firearms left behind at a property will be turned over to local police without notice to guest.



‱ This is a licensed and legal Short Term Rental. Neighborhood quiet hours are from 10pm-8am. If violated the city will issue a $1047 fine. Guests are also responsible for following the City of Charleston's Ordinance rules under Section 54-227.



‱ Our city is growing quickly. With that growth comes construction. Unfortunately, there’s nothing we can do about the resulting noise or the current, cosmetic state of some neighboring buildings. During your stay, this shouldn’t be too bothersome, since the city’s noise ordinance dictates quiet hours between 10pm - 8am.



‱ Please use painters tape if you plan on using tape to decorate for an event. If the wall is damaged due to tape removal or decorations, you will have to pay $500 for repainting.

Great for a group!

This was the perfect house for a bachelorette weekend. Very cute, great location, and everyone had their own space. The separate guest house was Great too!

Great Space!

Great stay for a large group

We had a large group stay at the property and everyone was impressed. The three units gave everyone a bit more privacy while still having the space to congregate when needed. The owner is extremely responsive and the location of the property is fantastic. Walking distance to many shops, restaurants and bars and a short trip to most other attractions. We would definitely stay again!

Great house for large parties

Had a great time staying at the house. Very big and comfortably slept 13 people. Great location, waking distance to water and king street. The house did get pretty hot with 13 people and took a while for the AC to cool the rooms down. Overall great stay - would definitely recommend staying here!

5 Stars All Around! My friends and I will be back!

Excellent space for a large party! I just had my bachelorette party in Charleston and it was the perfect space to stay with a large group. The house is updated while still has southern charm. There are tons of different sleeping options so everybody was comfortable. The decor was perfect. Conveniently, there is a coffee shop attached to the front of the house. I would absolutely recommend this home for people trawling in large groups!

Great Holiday Stay

We stayed at this property with extended family over Christmas and New Years. It was well equipped and comfortable, and management was extremely responsive to any issues that came up, and were great about replenishing supplies we requested. The location was good and walkable but being in a city, it was quite loud with very early garbage removal almost daily, general traffic and noisy pedestrians in the late hours. The home has a small restaurant that shares a the front wall which caused some issues with blocking our driveway at times, but for the most part was pretty quiet for a business.

5 Stars!

I booked this property for a Bachelorette party of 10 girls. We absolutely loved averything about it, from the way it was laid out to the comfortable beds. Each "apartment" has its own full kitchen and at least one full bathroom. It is within a mile of King Street so we walked everywhere we went. The owner is easy to get ahold of and very helpful. I highly recommend this property!

Great place!

As the description of the place says, it is indeed great for groups + wedding parties. I booked this place for our group of 8 guys for the weekend and it was perfect. The place is walking distance to King St which made it incredibly easy to bounce back and forth between King St and hanging out at the place. Each unit had a pair of beds and there was a pull out couch. Everyone in our group was more than happy with the sleeping arrangements. The bathroom and kitchen in each unit were a plus too. As the poster details below me, the owner was easy to get a hold of and accomdating as well. I would definitely reccomend this property.

I will be back!!!

Terrific location, 3 doors down from Hominy Grill and walking distance (~10 minute walk) to King Street bars/restaurants. Host was very responsive / available during stay to answer questions etc. Very reasonable and responsive during the booking process and afterwards. House is gorgeous, newly renovated as of November, very bright, airy and modern while retaining a very historic feel. Appliances/kitchens/baths very modern. Downstairs kitchen and living room are very large / plenty of space for your whole group to congregate in one room. Perfect house and would definitely rent again if I were back in Charleston with a group this size.

Perfect sized property - great location for good price!

We had a group of 12 for a bachelorette party and the house was perfect for us! The three individual units allowed some personal space, but we were also all able to gather in the lower unit living room. The units were clean with nice furniture. There were towels and basic toiletries as well as kitchen utensils in every unit. We were walking distance to King Street, which is of course a huge plus. Additionally we could easily keep three cars in the driveway. The owner was accessible and responded quickly to all questions we had before and during our stay. Would recommend to any large group wanting a good experience in Charleston!

Long Weekend at this Oasis!

The house is in a great area and has the perfect setup for groups getting together. The property is broken up into three units, so that everyone has some space, but there is still plenty of room in each unit for everyone to get together. The beds were comfortable and everything was really clean and well equipped. We were a little hesitant on the location at first, but it ended up being better than we could have imagined. The property is walking distance to a ton of nice restaurants and bars, and a short uber ride to everything. We really liked the coffee shop right out front. I HIGHLY recommend staying here if you are in Charleston with a group of friends. Smith was extremely helpful and quick to respond on everything. If i come back to the area, I will definitely be staying here again.
