Guests have full, private access to the entire home, deck, and surrounding yard. Whether you’re staying in or venturing out to explore Nova Scotia’s south shore, you’ll have everything you need for a memorable coastal escape.

Self Check-in between 4pm and 7pm. Our guest communication team are on call until 8pm to ensure your check in goes smoothly.

Our house has a keyless smart lock that will allow you to lock/unlock the front door. We will send you a code prior to your check in.

Enter the code then press the button at the bottom of the keypad and listen for the mechanism to lock or unlock the door.

Absolutely no parties! Parties will result in a fine of 400$ regardless of damages.

We have neighbors, and noise complaints will not be tolerated.

Pet`s - we welcome pet`s at the property. Please let us know at the time of booking if any pets will be joining you on your stay.

Damage Deposit:
A $500 refundable damage deposit will be held on the guest`s payment method at check in. This is a temporary hold (not a charge) and will be released if the property is returned in good condition.
