Sand Dollar Surprise est un condo situé au dernier étage de First Flight Retreat avec de nombreuses mises à jour récentes pour 2019: nouvel ensemble de chambres à coucher avec lits queen et nouveaux matelas. Il y a un téléviseur Ultra SmartTV de 55 pouces dans les meubles de salon et de nouvelles télévisions dans les chambres. Ce spacieux condo situé au dernier étage offre une vue spectaculaire sur le littoral faisant face au nord depuis un grand balcon privé ou le salon via une grande baie vitrée. Profitez des hauts plafonds voûtés et de la cuisine ouverte avec un bar pour le petit-déjeuner, y compris des améliorations de cuisine, notamment un Keurig, une cafetière gourmet Ninja, un grille-pain et un support à épices. Sand Dollar Surprise a 2 chambres Queen plus un canapé-lit queen. 2 matelas à souffler jumeaux et 1 reine à la disposition des clients en 2019. Animaux acceptés (payant). Wedding Guests

Stayed with wife, daughter, son in law, and dog as guests for a beach wedding. Condo had everything we needed, great location for the dog with easy beach access out of season, and very convenient to the wedding venues. Also very close for a visit to Wright Brothers museum.

Beautiful beach condo

The vacation home was awesome and the condo was very clean. However, a member of our family has bad pet allergies, which could have been deadly. In the future, let your guests know that you have pets.

Gorgeous 303

Our condo was perfect and made celebrating our 10 year anniversary on the OBX that much more special. The layout and decor were beautiful and was equipped with more than what we needed. The condo along with the overall facilities were clean. The beach access was so convenient as was the parking and elevator. We highly suggest condo 303 with First Flight Rentals. The only improvements we could suggest would be the addition of a ceiling fan on the large spacious balcony, fixing the heating element in the hot tub which did not work during our stay and fixing the front door which sticks terribly making it difficult to shut at times.

Advertised with a pool-no joy!

Pool was supposed to be open in July as we were told it was being relined. In fact the pool was covered while a new pool was being constructed. Floor and furniture were dirty and needed a thorough cleaning.

Condo was beautiful, rental agency slackers

The condo itself was beautiful with a lovely view of the ocean from the deck. Bring your pillows from home, the ones on the bed aren’t great. The only issue we had was that the outdoor bathrooms that we should have been able to use when the condo was not accessible (before and after check out) were broken. Therefore no facilities for little ones needing a bathroom break and nowhere to change after being on the beach before heading home. This is not the condo owners issue but the First Flight agency responsibility to be sure it was in working order. We would stay here again....but I will check to be sure everything is accessible next time!

Thanks for your feedback, and glad you enjoyed the condo. As for the pool/ pool bathroom, that is maintained by the HOA/ HOA management co, and the pool is seasonal and closes in early Oct so it was closed for the season. The HOA is renovating the bathroom so i'm sorry you couldn't use, but it will be vastly improved for next season. As a reminder, pool opens mid-May to early October which is typical for condo communities on the OBX. Hope to have you back again in 2019! First Flight Rentals - OBX Best Condo Rentals +100 condos.

lovely stay. Enjoyed the view of the beach and hearing the surf from our balcony. Condo was beautiful with comfortable beds and nice dishes, pots, pans, huge TV, great showers-everything seemed new. We would definitely come back-our dog also enjoyed the beach!

Relaxing week in the Outer Banks

Lovely, well-equipped and very comfortable condo with easy access to the beach. A Nor'easter and high winds gave us some bad weather (March) during our stay but t it was great to watch the storm from the third floor. Could not have asked for more.

Dream Weekend Nightmare

We checked in for a Valentines weekend get away, little did we know that we would be sopping and bailing water all weekend because the wall under the large window attached to the balcony in the main living space FLOODS through the wall, into the interior of the condo like a river. When maintenance was contacted, after a long review of his personal life story, a few towels and a tarp was laid down, which held overnight, but by noon the next day we were stuck sopping and bailing gallons of water every hour in an attempt to save the owners thousands of dollars in damages. After a stressful and labor intensive experience, I requested at least one night deduction, which was met with “the owner agreed to refund you $150” which WE DID NOT GET. I’m 55 years old and did not expect to have to work all weekend to preserve another owner’s property, which was obviously not appreciated. Also there are *NO* supplies - no toilet paper, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, etc. nothing but salt & pepper. Worst equipped VRBO we’ve ever stay at and the absolute worst experience we’ve ever had.

Lovely ocean view condo

Property was very nice. Modern, nicely furnished and equipped with a fantastic spacious lanai overlooking the ocean. Easy beach access for our pup and us! Only disappointment was the crowds in October. Due to remote working and studying, crowds were similar to those in the summer.

We had a great experience at this property! The condo was so nice, clean, and spacious. It is right on the beach, very easy to get to beach and pool. Also near great restaurants. You can’t go around booking this condo!

This is an excellent condo with quick and easy beach access. A couple things were not as clean as we would of liked walking in but it did not deter our stay.

This was exactly as pictured. Beautiful, clean and comfortable. Great location to stay with our pup! Really enjoyed the property in addition to being in a great location.

Beautiful view of ocean

Condo was clean and nicely furnished. We appreciated the amenities, including elevator and pool. Would have liked the original listing bunk beds in second bedroom versus queen bed, better for kids. Great place, would definitely stay there again!

Couldn't be more pleased!

I am known for being a bit too picky regarding cleanliness, but I could find nothing to complain about here! Your cleaning crew is to be commended. Spotless on arrival! Condo was spacious and well-appointed. Even though it wasn't direct ocean-front, there was a nice view of the ocean from the balcony. My only suggestion would be to re-organize the cabinets a bit so the there is some cabinet space for grocery items. There was an issue with the elevators not working , which began in the evening after a storm. Repair crew was on-site 1st thing in the morning. Luckily, everyone in our group was able to use the stairs with no problems.

Excellent Condo

This is a beautiful top floor condo in a busy area of Kill Devil Hills. The online listing was completely accurate. The only disappointing thing is the master bed- it is very uncomfortable (hard) and the frame squeaks anytime someone moves, even a little. We enjoyed everything about the building - nice pet relief area, great pool, fitness center, beach access, and plenty of parking!
