This beautiful home was a fantastic choice for us as it checked all of our boxes. We enjoyed our stay from beginning to end. The host was very kind and prompt with communication. The home was fresh and clean and had lots of bells and whistles. I would absolutely recommend this place. We will definitely save this place as a favorite

The place was just as pictured. Served our needs well. Only thing that could be improved was more comfortable living room furniture. Also, one roach was on the bar in kitchen but saw only one during our stay. Think our stay was right before scheduled grass cutting. Beds were very comfortable. Plenty of towels. Great response from host. Great place to stay for the wedding in Church Point we attended. Would definitely stay there again. Very quiet neighborhood.

We will take into consideration your thought on more comfortable living room furniture but the current set was chosen to allow for it to be easily cleaned and sanitized after/before each stay, as opposed to something more plush, which we'd hoped it would provide more peace of mind for guests. We will have pest control go out before their scheduled visit to address and keep out any "unwanted visitors". That's definitely not something we've had issues with before. Loved this home. It was well equipped in the kitchen with the host providing pot/pans for cooking and even baking sheets. I usually make biscuits for breakfast and was happy to see the sheets and parchment paper. Host is very responsive. I informed him that we would be arriving after dark. He made sure to leave a light on outside to welcome us. We were visiting family nearby and it was a convenient distance. The games provided were a nice inclusion. Signage and guestbook was very clear.

The property was excellent for what we needed. My husband and I and another couple rented this property over the weekend for a few days, as we were volunteering for the 1st Annual Accordion Festival in Cankton, LA that our friends were putting on. The host Jerard was excellent in communicating any questions that we had. Would definitely recommend.
