The room was okay the host was nice to talk to. We tried to lock our door be it seemed like the lock was broken. Also we asked for towels to go to the pool and they were all gone. I loved the proximity of where it was. All in all it was a good experience.

The place is nice loved the rooftop pool and how close we were to the beach. The only bad part of our trip was that Ocean drive was closed and parking was horrible. Otherwise we had a great time!

We're glad you had a great time. During the year-end holidays and some major Special Events only, Ocean Drive is temporarily reserved to pedestrians only. The parkings are just behind the property. The host was very informative before the trip, we didn’t need any thing while there so didn’t have to contact them. Although they did mention that new towels would be delivered on the 23rd but that never happened.

Location was very nice and convenient. If you are light sleeper, palace is right next door and is extremely loud at night. It really didn’t bother me and my girlfriend tho. But I can see of it did. Was clean and had everything we needed

We loved this property! It was well located. It was close to a lot of stores and restaurants and right across the beach. Which we had loved. The drag bar next to the room can be noisy but for us it wasn’t bad at all! They closed around 12:30am almost every night which wasn’t bad for us. You could walk to bars, stores, restaurants, and grocery stores. I definitely recommend this stay!

View of a wall and plastic roof. Dingy balcony, cigarette butts everywhere, just plane nasty. No view of the ocean or beach. And, the plastic attaches to the balcony and the bar/nightclub and lets you see right inside a bar/night club which plays very loud music all day and all night. Zero privacy.

Thank you your feedback. Unfortunately, what is "nasty" is your rudeness so much so you wrote to us "I apologized for my comments". The view towards Ocean Drive from the balcony is on the listing. For the location, Lummus Park and the beach are right in the front. If you want a nice place at a great price, this is it. Furthermore, the rooftop offers superb 360 degree views. Kind regards

Great Place to vacation!!

We really enjoyed our stay in Rob and Val's condo at the Congress Hotel. Everything went perfectly and everything was in walking distance as far as shopping areas, the beach, restaurants, etc. I would definitely love to stay here again next time I'm in Miami Beach!!!

Great place in the middle of Ocean Dr

Stayed here with 3 girlfriends and it was perfect! Location could not be better if you want to be in the heart of Ocean Dr and across the street from the beach. I would definitely recommend this apartment and will stay here again!

Love the location! ...STAFF very nice and helpful, condo very nice and great price especially for the location right in front of the beach views were amazing the roof top pool was icing on the cake love love love will be booking again everything in walking distance or cheap Uber and they even have access to Citi bikes

Excellent Beach Front Condo

This condo was beautiful and well kept. Its right off the beach on ocean drive. It was in walking distance of most main attractions on south beach. I would totally recommend staying here. I would stay here again as well.

Booked this sight for my Honeymoon. The pictures do not match the condition of the place. It was clean, but dated. Also, the sound of the Bar next door is really loud and you can hear it late at night. First time to South beach so not sure what I expected but overall area seems a little sketch. We had no issues, but didn't necessarily feel safe when we left the Apt.
