L'appartement Michiana # 4 est réservé aux adultes matures, responsables et respectueux. Nous essayons de fournir une atmosphÚre paisible et relaxante à nos clients. Nous vous demandons respectueusement de bien vouloir en tenir compte si vous choisissez l'appartement Michiana # 4.

Le Michiana a été construit à l'origine à la fin des années 1800 comme une grande maison unifamiliale. Il y a des années, il a été converti en deux appartements d'une chambre et deux appartements de deux chambres. L'appartement # 4 a deux chambres spacieuses avec un lit queen dans chaque chambre. Chaque chambre a également un placard, une commode et une chaise. Le salon dispose de siÚges confortables ainsi que d'une grande télévision à écran plat. L'appartement # 4 a récemment subi des mises à jour mécaniques et esthétiques tout en conservant certains détails et finitions historiques d'origine. L'appartement a un plan d'étage trÚs fonctionnel (voir photos) qui peut accueillir confortablement une famille de quatre ou deux couples adultes.

Il y a une terrasse extérieure baignée de soleil directement à cÎté de l'appartement avec une exposition ouest qui reçoit un beau soleil l'aprÚs-midi. Il y a aussi un barbecue Weber au gaz naturel sur le pont. Juste à cÎté du pont se trouve le parking hors rue, vous n'avez donc pas à transporter vos bagages ou vos courses trop loin lors du chargement et du déchargement.

Cela ressemble à un tel cliché, mais l'emplacement est vraiment idéal. La Michiana est ce que nous aimons appeler «Fermer, mais pas trop prÚs!». Nous entendons par là qu'il est facile de rentrer à pied des restaurants et de la vie nocturne de Phoenix Street, mais suffisamment loin pour que vous puissiez toujours dormir paisiblement la nuit. La promenade de South Beach est à seulement trois pùtés de maisons à l'ouest tout droit sur Michigan Avenue. C'est le meilleur de la petite ville Americana! Prenez votre café du matin et votre petit pain sucré sur un banc sur la rue Main, ou dans ce cas Phoenix Street, et regardez les gens passer. Rentrez ensuite chez vous pour enfiler votre maillot de bain et descendez à la plage pour une journée de plaisir au soleil. Nous pensons que le Michiana est situé entre le centre-ville de South Haven et la belle South Beach.

Super clean upon arrival. Good size and played out nicely. Close to main drag(Phoenix St.) and the beach(North). My wife and I highly recommend this place. Host communication was terrific. We’ll be booking another stay in the future.

The owner was an excellent communicator and answered immediately each time I had a question. Everything was as advertised, check in was easy. The location is fantastic! Easy walk to the beach or to town. Lots of great restaurants and stores in easy walking distance. South Beach is a great place for kids and has magnificent sunsets! There are lots of great sporting activities for the whole family. This apartment was very comfortable with a big screen tv and well equiped kitchen, comfortable beds. Everything we needed for a wonderful week at the lake!!

Great location and wonderful deck

The best part of the place is the location and the deck. Very clean. The space is larger than it looks. And hosts were responsive. The beds and bedding comfortable. AC, TV and WiFi were all good. There were a few drawbacks that prevent it from being 5 stars. The kitchen is minimally stocked. I understand no condiments, but there is not even salt let alone sugar or cooking oil. No coffee was expected, but there were no coffee filters for the machine. There were only 4 forks. Four! One kitchen towel for the whole week. We wound up using bathroom towels in the kitchen. Not even a first aid kit. A finger cut sent us running to the store. The main room didn’t have any decor on the walls. I recommend one of the four other mirrors in the unit.I missed the little touches that we often see in other places that make it feel welcoming. Overall I would recommend it, as long as you’re prepared.

This apartment is in an unbeatable location. Check-in was easy, the space was quiet, and the host was friendly and communicated clearly. We appreciated the quick and scenic walk to both the beach and downtown! The outdoor shower for after the beach was a great addition. There were a couple of maintenance issues while we were there, one with another apartment in the building that impacted ours. We were thankful these were small inconveniences that did not really impact our stay overall. This is an older unit that could use some TLC - particularly in the kitchen. That being said, most of the space was clean and we were happy to have a safe, close place to land after days at the beach and enjoying the area.

Great Location

My friends and I loved our time staying at the Michiana property! We loved the location especially. Waking distance to both the beach and downtown! The space was clean, well-kept, and welcoming, and we wouldn’t hesitate to book again!

South Haven

Property has a perfect location for walking both to the beach and town. The apartment was cute & clean; we were all satisfied with our accommodations. Communication with the owner was prompt and helpful.Our only issue was very poor internet connectivity/ability to get a signal. Would also recommend that coffee filters were provided as well as soap for shower. Acknowledge that they were not on the list but are very simple items that would be appreciated by the guests.

Really nice layout for 2 bedrooms. I loved the feel of visiting at the kitchen table in the middle. Supplies like towels, dishes, blow dryer, trash bags, all supplied, even a box fan when I realized I always sleep with a fan and didn't bring one. A/C was perfect though. Enjoyed sitting out on our upper deck. Breeze was great.

Beautiful, Relaxing Stay in South Haven

The property was so clean, everything was as listed and easy to find. Communication was near immediate. Nicely designed space, bedrooms and bathrooms. I would recommend anyone to stay at Michael's properties!

Weekend to relax

Very relaxing, weather was beautiful, able to walk wherever we wanted to go. A breakfast at Six Chicks Scratch Kitchen was excellent, midday drink stop at Captain Lou’s was fun, dinner at Sophie’s was very nice.

Perfect Beach Town/House Getaway

My fiancĂ©e and I were able to spend a weekend at Michael’s place here in South Haven, and it was absolutey perfect. Nice, clean, and great location within a 5 min walk one way to the beach, and a 5 min walk the other way to downtown. Cannot recommend this stay enough.

We live in the north suburbs of Chicago however we feel South Haven is our home away from home. We can not say enough great things about the community and the people of South Haven. We both have very demanding schedules and spending time together in South Haven allows us to focus on each other and our four children.

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

It seems with most beach towns in Southwest Michigan, if you stay at the beach, you have to drive in to town. Conversely, if you stay in town, you have to drive to the beach. South Haven offers the ability to walk to both. The South Beach and downtown area are only a short three block walk from the Michiana. Life is good and the living is easy!

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

We enjoy the easy access to the South Beach as well as the less than five minute walk to downtown South Haven. Once the groceries are purchased, there is no need for your car again. We have said it so many times but it is true... once you come to South Haven, it feels as though all of life's struggles seem to be lifted. We hope you are able to experience the same feeling!


A great set up for additional family or your best friends but you still have your own private space!!!
