Please enjoy our home nestled between Alys Beach and Seaside. Our property is located in Prominenceâone of 30Aâs most desirable luxury beach communities. This light-filled retreat features soft linens, neutral decor and all the comforts of home. Beach access is just a short ride away via the included golf cart/low-speed vehicle (LSV) or beach cruiser bicycles. Walk or bike to The Big Chill (formerly known as The Hub) for live music, outdoor movies, arcade games and great food and drinks.

- Trash pickup is on Mondays and Thursdays. Please place trash bin by the curb the evening before and bring back to the garage after pickup

- No RVs, trailers, boats, or street parking
- No overnight parking at the pool
Supplies
- Bathrooms will have shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, initial stock of toilet paper
- Kitchen will have an initial stock of trash liners, dish soap, sponge, paper towels, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent, coffee
Travel Insurance
We recommend purchasing travel insurance, especially during hurricane season (June 1 â Nov 30). Refunds due to weather will follow VRBO cancellation policy unless a mandatory evacuation is issued.
