Amazing host, responds immediately! House was not all the way cleaned when we got there (vacuuming, mopping, counters), but she came over within an hour and it was all taken care of. I would definitely stay there again.

Thanks for your review Jamie , refund was i issued (cleaning ) and we switched cleaning services to a new one so this doesn’t happen again!

Host replied fast and was great at communicating but the house wasnt thoroughly cleaned trash under beds in dressers under couch seats. Some things in the house were falling apart chairs,flooring in the back yard and some floring in garage. The shower head in upstairs bathroom would blast out water from the side if you switched to have water up stream

Hey R , I appreciate your feedback back , but please note the house was very clean and ready , I have a cleaning company they come after each checkout and they send me pictures! For the crack on the deck it’s something normal for the foundation to be shifted! Wish you best of luck

PLEASE AVOID THIS HOST AT ALL COSTSLack of communication on her end will lead to you being belittled, cursed out, and COPS being called. I was nothing but respectful to host, her property, and her neighbors. She is not in the area to fully commit to her properties and will panic at the slightest chance.The listing says may be used for events and gatherings, however she stated that this wasn’t true. She tried to change the check out time to earlier than contracted, and manipulate her way into more money.

As an owner, please don’t NOT rent your home to this person , when booked said 10 people , it appears he planned a birthday party for over 50 people , trashed my house and the neighbors backyard, loud music and noise, alcohol spilling everywhere, chicken wings at my neighbors backyard, blocking the whole street , neighbors couldn’t come in or out , I have some chill neighbors and for them to complain and call the cops it’s major! This nightmare is not worth your money! Avoid this nightmare of a guest!!
