Meanwhile, in the game room, discover entertainment galore with a pool table, additional flat-screen TV, and poker table for endless fun. Stream your favorite shows and relax on the plush sofa bed for ultimate relaxation.



OUTSIDE SPACE:

Step into our patio oasis and immerse yourself in the ultimate outdoor cinema experience. With a large projector and ample seating options, enjoy movie nights under the stars with popcorn fresh from our popcorn maker. Our backyard boasts numerous entertainment zones, including cozy fire pits for sunset gatherings and grilling stations for BBQ nights. Lounge by the heated pool on sun loungers or unwind in the private hot tub for ultimate relaxation. As night falls, illuminate the pool with colorful lights and floatable lamps. Find excitement with a game of cornhole or seek tranquility in the serene hammock. For a more intimate setting, gather around the secluded fire pit nestled in our spacious backyard.



â–șNoise Monitoring System

(A Minut noise monitoring device is installed indoor and outdoor. It measures noise levels (decibel thresholds only). It does not record or transmit audio, and it does not capture conversations. The monitor is solely for guest safety, comfort, and community compliance.)



â–șOutdoor Security Cameras

(For security purposes only, this property has three exterior-facing surveillance devices: one camera is mounted by front door capturing the front entrance, one is located above the garage with visibility over the driveway, and another is positioned in the back patio area oriented generally toward the backyard; while this third device may have incidental visibility of the pool or spa area, it is not intended for monitoring of personal/private guest use and is installed solely for perimeter safety and property protection. All devices are installed outdoors, are capable of recording audio and video, and there are no cameras located inside the property or in any interior or private-use spaces.)



Guest Access:

The entire home is exclusively yours throughout your stay, providing a haven for relaxation and unwinding. Feel free to make yourself at home! You can park up to 6 cars in the driveway. Please note street parking is NOT allowed.



The check-in process is simple and convenient by entering the code provided 48 hours before check-in on the keypad on the front door.

The whole property is literally perfect. The hosts were amazing and so helpful!!!! We had a small family reunion and we made the most beautiful memories in the most beautiful home. We didn't want to leave! 10/10 in all the ways:)
