Une fois la terre de notre famille, cette propriĂ©tĂ© familiale a Ă©tĂ© dĂ©veloppĂ©e en une retraite rurale relaxante qui a Ă  la fois une touche vintage et des Ă©quipements modernes. Ce composĂ© de 5 acres comprend de vastes terrasses extĂ©rieures et terrasses en bois, une cuisine extĂ©rieure et un barbecue, une maison de deux chambres et une suite de pool house d'une chambre entourant une piscine tranquille et un spa en cascade. Il y a aussi une grange de fĂȘte de 1200 pieds carrĂ©s disponible avec location d'Ă©vĂ©nements.

Avec un amĂ©nagement paysager indigĂšne, des chĂȘnes centenaires, une faune abondante, y compris des lapins, des cerfs, des ratons laveurs et plus encore, le charme rustique du lieu vous inspirera. La propriĂ©tĂ©, avec sa piscine chauffĂ©e Ă  l'Ă©nergie solaire et ses beaux espaces extĂ©rieurs, fait une grande retraite tout au long de l'annĂ©e! L'Ă©nergie solaire maintient la piscine confortable de dĂ©but mars Ă  octobre, sauf s'il s'agit d'un printemps ou d'un automne exceptionnellement froid.

Situé juste à l'ouest de Buda, cette propriété est le lieu idéal pour accueillir votre mariage, réception, dßner de répétition, réunion de famille ou autres événements avec une atmosphÚre confortable et décontractée du Texas Hill Country. Fantastic Family Experience

Enjoyed our weekend at the “Coffee Grounds” while visiting friends around Austin. House, location, pool and hot tub were perfect during our breaks for family time. Peaceful and quiet. Five star owner communication. Highly recommended. Will be back.

Great vacation home!

The outdoor amenities are great! We thoroughly enjoyed bbqing & relaxing in the hot tub. Would love to come back in summer time when the weather is warmer. It is in a town close to stores, but secluded enough that you feel out of the city. The house has a few creaks, but it’s very roomy & comfortable. It had all the things we needed to cook & enjoy our stay. The host was very accommodating & fast to replay when we communicated. 100% wouldboom here again.

Perfect Getaway

We stayed here for a long weekend as part of our Christmas break and to be close to my nieces wedding venue! We couldn’t have loved it more and wish we had stayed longer. We will be back soon!

Relaxing Time In Texas

Our family got together to celebrate my father in law's birthday. We knew we needed a large enough property to hold all of us while giving us the comforts of home. Jeff's property did not disappoint. The main house sleeps 6 comfortably. The pool house another 2. The main living room is large enough for 10 people to play games in when we wanted. The kitchen was large enough for all prep work. But you go to this property not for the main house or pool house but to enjoy your time outside. The outside was amazing! Huge BBQ area to watch football games and have a cook out. A fire pit to enjoy the late nights. An 8 foot smoker to have a culinary experience of smoking brisket, ribs and sausages. A pool and heated hot tub. So much space that the kids can be free but safe while the adults can relax. Here's the reality check that apparently some may miss. This is a family home that is opened up to share with others. It's not the cabin from Yellowstone. There are imperfections that have been brought to the hosts attention. But none of them detracted from the beauty and most importantly the value that the property brings. It was an absolute pleasure to stay here.

Perfect space for enjoying the fall weather

Had an amazing experience with this beautiful property, hot tub was much needed after each day of a music festival we were going to. Jeff was super, helping out with some fire wood so that we could smoke some briskets in the really spacious smoker! I’ll be so happy to come back and stay again soon! The house and pool house were well maintained and had no issues whatsoever.

Rustic farm house

We stayed in the Farm house. It is a unique stay! The house and bedrooms are spacious. It has a very large dining table - great for dinners and games. We also enjoyed the pool and hot tub. We would definitely stay again.

I take great pride in being responsive to my guests needs. Since I live on the back portion of the land, I am often readily available. If you need something, let me know. I may not be able to solve every problem, but I will do my very best to make your vacation as enjoyable as possible. If you need dinner, shopping, recreational or any other type recommendations I am happy to share my thoughts.

I grew up on acreage in a rural area south of Austin. I am blessed that we have kept this property in the family for decades. As Austin has grown, this rural community has become a thriving suburban area, with easy access to many attractions and conveniences that we could only dream of 40 years ago!

This property, located in Buda, Texas, offers the best of all worlds. While Buda continues to grow it maintains the small town charm. We have developed the historic downtown area with shopping and restaurants. We also work to preserve unique festivals that give the town a strong sense of community. Get your Christmas gifts at BudaFest or see if you pup has the chops to win the Buda Wiener Dog Races! But this property offers more than small town charm. As Austin continues to grow, more and more attractions and entertainment opportunities become easily accessible from the property. And to top it off you will be on 5 acres!
