Fantastic location, only 5-minute walk to the PUBLIC BEACH ACCESS where you can enjoy the ocean at any time all day! (The beach is NOT private to owners only)

At the end of the day, the whole family can enjoy our spacious backyard. The kids will love the playground while you relax watching the sunset ver the march.

Our hot tub is open all year round!

The open-concept main living area is on the second floor to enjoy the views of the ocean.

- Bedroom 2: 2x double bunks

We had a great thanksgiving with family.. house is in great condition, it has anything you need to feel comfortable, kitchen fully setup for big families. Hot tub was nice and cleaned. Very quiet neighborhood and the beach is right in front of the house!

House was great. Perfect for the family with two little boys because of the swing set. Short walk to the beach which was great. We had one minor hiccup with toilet paper and they had it rectified immediately. Loved the house. Loved the area.

maine coast half marathon trip

the location for the race was very close to shuttle and you pass by the house 2x so if you need for aid perfect location. i will definately return if we do this race next year

Easy comfort. Effortless Location.

The house is beautifully equipped. Great kitchen, very comfortable beds, non cluttered bedrooms. Open, airy. Goegeous view and super easy access to the gorgeous beach. Dog welcome. Lovely back yard with hot tub and kids climber / swingset. Friendly neighbors. Truly a gem.

Super swell time at Ocean Ave. in Wells!

Beautiful property, professionally managed, timely response time (especially since our stay was between Christmas, Hanukkah and New Year’s Eve holidays! Loved it and so did our kids and fog ;)A few hints to save you some time - no key is needed for the hot tub latch. It looks locked but you just need to open the clasp. It’s also easier to put back on than you might expect.Bring binoculars if you enjoy birds. The house abuts a national bird refuge. We saw a plethora of species, including hawks.There are public entry ways to the beach whether you take a right or left out the front door. The one to the left is a bit closer.Peppers in Ogunquit has amazing lobster rolls!We will be back. Thank you for an excellent stay. Cheers to 2025!

Great Location

This house is in a beautiful neighborhood adjacent to Wells beach. The house was in good condition, however, some of the amenities listed were not available. The fireplace is broken and per owner has been for a month. The year around hot tub was closed and locked up with locking straps. No instructions were provide for opening it. Most of the remotes in the house had dead batteries or no batteries and the TV in the master bedroom and entertainment system were completely disconnected and not near any power outlets. The house was clean and everything else was as advertised.
