I’m Duane Cronin, a real estate developer, preservationist, and proud resident of Newport, Kentucky. As the founder of Diversified Capital Management and Diversified Construction, my passion lies in bringing new life to historic structures that have stories to tell.

Over the years, I’ve been fortunate to receive national recognition on the Inc. 5000 and Inc. Regional Awards lists, along with local honors for community revitalization and design excellence. I’m especially proud to be a four-time recipient of the Beyond the Curb Preservation Award, recognizing my work in restoring and reimagining some of Newport’s most significant properties.
