1st Level: 1 Bedroom with Bathroom, huge Living space, Open plan kitchen with Dinning area, overlooking at a large balcony/terrace with panoramic sea views and a shaded outdoor dining and lounge area. The living space also has two comfortable sofa-beds.
2nd Level: 1 Master Bedroom with Bathroom and amazing Sea View, 1 Bedroom with Bathroom.
3rd Level: Sea View Terrace with lounge area and BBQ.

WARNING ! ! ! Once your reservation is confirmed, you must provide a photo of your passport and visa which will be issued to you at the border after entering the territory of the State of Israel. If you are a citizen of Israel, we are required to pay you 17% tax

📄 Important Notes – Compliance & Legal
In accordance with Israeli law, we are required to collect a copy of your government-issued photo ID prior to check-in.

🇮🇱 Israeli Citizens: An additional 18% VAT will be added to the total price, as mandated by law.
🌍 Foreign Visitors: To be exempt from VAT, please present the B2 tourist visa slip received at passport control upon arrival in Israel.

📩 Check-in instructions will be shared once we’ve received either the B2 slip or VAT payment confirmation.
