Welcome to The White Swan, our downtown Ocala pool home perfect for your next pet-friendly family getaway. Just five minutes to the historic downtown square and fifteen to the World Equestrian Center, this historic two-bedroom, two-bath home is full of charm, personality, and thoughtful touches throughout. Whether you’re here for a horse show, family trip, or a romantic escape, The White Swan offers the perfect place to unwind, soak up the sun, and experience everything Ocala has to offer.

Inside, you’ll find a bright and inviting layout with plenty of room to spread out. The primary bedroom features a king bed, smart TV, ample closet space, and a spacious en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom has a cozy queen bed, and the dedicated office/sunroom offers a twin daybed for an extra guest or a quiet spot to get some work done. The living area is warm and welcoming, with comfortable seating and another smart TV for movie nights. The fully stocked kitchen has everything you need to cook at home, and there’s a full-size dining table for family meals or takeout from one of Ocala’s amazing local restaurants.

The surrounding patio area is a true outdoor oasis. Catch your favorite show on the outdoor TV while you grill dinner on the gas Weber grill, then wind down around the firepit with a drink in hand. There’s also a hammock for afternoon naps, sun loungers for soaking up rays, and even a private outdoor shower to rinse off after a dip in the pool!

We are proudly pet friendly with no extra fees. Your four-legged family members are welcome to join you, and the fenced yard makes it easy to enjoy your stay together. Off-street garage parking is available for two vehicles, and you’ll be perfectly situated to explore everything Ocala has to offer.

Guests love how close The White Swan is to Silver Springs State Park, where you can experience the famous glass bottom boat tours. Horseback rides at Cactus Jack’s and zip lining at The Canyons are both nearby, making this a great home base for outdoor adventure.
