The homeowners are a loving family who cherished the charm of this historic home before moving back to the Bay Area to pursue their careers. Since they still have family in town, they couldnât resist the idea of sharing their small town with their young children as they grow up. They want to keep the home to share the small town experience with others whenever they can.

Situated in the heart of historic Downtown Lodi, this home boasts tree-lined streets, parks, restaurants, and a grocery store just a block away. Itâs the perfect place to walk to everything you need. Downtown is known for its unique restaurants, wine, beer, and spirit options, with a charming small-town vibe thatâs hard to beat. Tasting rooms are just a few blocks away, and you can explore local shops, go antiquing, or catch a show at the Hutchins Street Square Performing Arts Center. There are also plenty of parks to enjoy. If youâre looking for something a bit more active, head to Lodi Lake Park or the nature trail. And if youâre a wine lover, there are over 90 wineries and tasting rooms within a 20-minute radius.

A front porch is the perfect place to enjoy a glass of wine and view the friendly neighbors out for a walk in their small town.
