Other things to note
Pool hours are 8:00 am to 10:00 pm.
No children under the age of 12 are allowed in the swimming pool without an adult.
No children under the age of 13 are allowed in the Hot Tubs. This is strictly enforced.
Quiet times are 10:00pm to 8:00 am.
Parking: 1 vehicle per condo. For your own security keep your cars locked.
No surfboards in our condo, please use our surfboard locker.
No pets of any kind are allowed at Las Olas. Our condo association does not allow any pets
Every beachfront condo backs the highway; THERE WILL BE SOME INEVITABLE ROAD NOISE. If you are a light sleeper, we recommend bringing ear plugs.

LAS OLAS CONSTRUCTION TIME
Construction time at Las Olas Condominiums is between August 1-October 15. If you are booking in these months, please be mindful that there may be loud noise between 9am-5:30pm for all units in both buildings.

Please note that the HOA can schedule emergency construction projects at any time of the year, which is out of our hands. We will do our best to inform you as soon as we are informed of any projects.
