The house was nice checking was easy check out was very easy as well very nice the only two complaints. The first is there is no airflow in the home. They did have floor fans but needed some ceiling fans to circulate air better it was always kind of muggy in there. And there was just a lot of dents and scratches on the wall and the carpet all around the walls were still dirty. But besides those two things everything was good. There was cold Waters in the fridge and some coffee and tea for us as well which was very nice.

The place is very much showing its age. Old, dated and in need of replacement carpet and repairs to walls, trim where it is clear a dog or other animal have caused damage. The dishwasher does not work. This type of thing should be addressed before renting. Also, it needs to be disclosed that a person lives in the basement. We did not hear them and it caused no issue, but I want to know this prior to booking. I would have chosen another property had I known
