Centrally located- 10 Minutes to airport and minutes from park and ride, 20 minutes to downtown and about 30 minutes to red rocks. More than 100 eateries within 5 miles including fast food, dine in restaurants and bars, groceries, hospitals and shopping centers. 7 minutes to major highways to Denver and Aurora.
The space
Beautifully furnished house, located in a quiet residential neighborhood. The entire house is dedicated to you for your vacation with family or if you are looking for short term stay for work. It is a three-story, 4 bedroom 3 & 1/2 bathroom house. Enjoy your morning coffee on the front porch or dinner with a sun-set mountain view on the patio. Huge backyard for you to connect to nature and soil after work. Running and bike trails nearby, with smaller parks within the residential community. You will love it!!!!

Fantastic stay! The home was spacious, clean, and stocked with plenty of sleeping options. The full kitchen made meals easy, and the location was perfect. It is an easy drive from the Denver airport and conveniently close to restaurants, shopping, and other amenities. We felt comfortable and well taken care of throughout our stay. Would definitely rebook if we're in the area again!

The property was in a nice quiet neighborhood, and was very clean. There was plenty of space for a large family to spend time together and was in close driving distance to lots of fun, family friendly activities. The host was easy to get in touch with, and the check in/check out process was super easy. Well worth the stay!

Great house for large family

The house was huge lots of room. Nice location. Had everything needed in case people forgot something. The hot tube was I little dirty and the view of the mountains is minimal. The property owner was available for concerns and was very nice which is a great experience. Overall an excellent stay!

Nice house!

This was a very nice house with plenty of private and community space. Even though we were only 2 staying at the house, we had friends for dinner and the backyard was very nice for dining and enjoying the evening. Very clean and the host was super responsive with any questions. It is only five or ten minutes away from stores and restaurants but feels like not right in the middle of the hubbub of the city. I would consider staying here again.

Great for the situation

We had a lacrosse tournament in Aurora and needed space for our family of 5. This house was very spacious and clean. Plenty of bedrooms for all of us and a big kitchen to make a few meals. The only minus I could say is the upstairs gets a little warm in the summer since the air conditioning is only downstairs. The master bath does not have a door and the shower windows are not frosted or covered so it’s a bit open to the environment.Lots of morning light comes in the bathroom window so if you’re a light sleeper the warm upstairs and the bathroom light is a bit annoying. I would suggest taking the basement room which has a king bed and stays dark and cool. Fans are provided in every bedroom so that did help a little. Other than that it’s a great house. Nice neighborhood for the area. The owner was just kind and quickly responsive.
