Welcome to this centrally located home in Bonaire. You can relax & unwind within the cleanliness of this cozy comfort-inspired Home. The home has 3 bds/2 full baths, along with 2 walk-in closets. There is a fire pit & 1 car garage. The garage is AVAILABLE UPON REQUEST ONLY.
The home is about 15mins from RAFB, 10mins to Hwy 247 where the major industrial parks are located, 10mins to Houston Medical Center, 8mins from Little League SE region park & 5mins to Rigby's Water Park. Plenty of restaurants & stores nearby!
Private driveway for parking. 1 car garage available upon request. Please send me a message for more details.
Primary Bedroom - King Bed, dedicated work area, and walk-in closet.
Guest Room - Queen Bed.
Guest Room - Full-size bed, a daybed, a trundle bed underneath, and a walk-in closet.
**All Bedrooms have full-length mirrors, smart TVs, and a closet with hangers, extra linen, and blankets**
Kitchen - Equipped with everything a cook needs to feel at home. Includes a Drip Coffee Maker that offers a single-serve option with complimentary coffee & sugar, a microwave, a toaster oven that is also an air fryer, spices, (more than just your basics), plenty of pots and pans & much more.
The living room is a cozy space for family time or watching your favorite show on the 55-inch smart TV.
The laundry area includes a brand-new washer and dryer, along with a starter supply of laundry detergent and fabric softener. There is also an ironing board and iron. A caddy with cleaning supplies is left out for guests if ever needed.
There is a front and back porch along with a fire pit. To use the fire pit, please send me a message. The backyard is fenced-in with plenty of room to play and enjoy.
Please note that the cleaning fee is for stays less than 5 days. For any stay that is 5 days or over but less than 10 days, cleaning fee is $130. Any stay 10 days or over but less than 14 days, cleaning fee is $150.
