Contrairement à une propriété de location de vacances à Pinehurst, construit sur mesure en 2013 et meublé de location de vacances. Nouvelle construction avec plus de 3500 pieds carrés d'espace de vie, 6 chambres et 5 salles de bains 4.. Joliment meublé avec des meubles de haute qualité et le golf œuvre connexe.

Deux chambres en bas, quatre chambres à l'étage. La maison dispose d'un total de 12 lits, avec tous les lits pleine taille ou plus grands. Les grandes salles de bains à l'étage ont chacun toilettes séparées, des douches et des éviers pour la facilité d'utilisation pour les grands groupes.

Approvisionné cuisine gastronomique avec des comptoirs en granit et appareils en acier inoxydable surplombe la grande salle. Un deuxième grand réfrigérateur situé dans le garage. Cuisine attaché à grande salle lobée au deuxième étage. Table Shuffleboard ajouté à l'atterrissage lobée surplombant la grande salle. Maître et chambre d'amis au premier étage, quatre chambres à l'étage. 32 'téléviseurs à écran plat dans toutes les chambres, 60' Minimum TV dans la grande salle. Grand patio arrière avec des chaises berçantes et gril à gaz. Maison avec coin salon et couverts pour un maximum de 24, y compris salle à manger pouvant accueillir 10. Un ample approvisionnement de 1600 des draps, literie et linge compris. Buanderie avec laveuse / sécheuse situé à l'étage principal.

Garage a une nouvelle table de ping-pong et de l'espace pour deux véhicules, avec un réfrigérateur supplémentaire pour aider avec de la nourriture et le stockage des boissons. L'allée peut facilement manipuler 4-6 véhicules supplémentaires si nécessaire.

Idéalement situé en face de la rue du 7 Glenross (vrbo # 259394) et l'entrée principale de Pinehurst n ° 9 (anciennement National Golf Club). Ensemble, ces maisons dorment 24 confortablement. Moins d'un mile à Pinehurst Resort.

Awesome house for a group of 12. 12 beds made it a no brainer. Perfect location. Comfortable, clean accommodations. 2nd time staying here and will do it again.

Great Golf Trip House

Location, location, location! Centrally located in the Sandhills, this house was PERFECT for a 12-man golf trip. Communication with the owner was amazing! He lined up four rounds of golf for us. The amenities of the home and the space was great! Covered back patio perfect for a cigar. Open downstairs floor plan. Shuffleboard table was a huge hit. Can't say enough good things about our experience!

Good location and plenty of room. But it needed a through cleaning. Also an instruction sheet with how door lock worked, where to find things, etc. and what to do when leaving would have helped.

We rented both 7 & 2 Glenross for a family reunion. Homes had lots of games available like ping pong, corn hole, etc. Properties were very well maintained and outfitted. Plenty of beds and bathrooms with great kitchens.

Relaxing weekend

We enjoyed a girls' get-a-way weekend at the house. There is plenty of space to spread out and plenty of space to gather together. We enjoyed cooking in the kitchen and the cabinets have more than enough plates and silverware to serve a large group. The rocking chairs on the back porch were a bit hit with the unseasonably warm weather. The house is well maintained, clean, and comfortable. We'll definitely be back!

Won't go back to using hotels for our Pinehurst golf trips

Our group has been going to Pinehurst for our annual golf trip for many years, and until this year we have always stayed in Hotels. This year we decided to try a house and are very glad that we did. The house was clean and comfortable, the amenities were great, and the location was terrific. We enjoyed being together in the evenings and made use of the kitchen to cook several times, which saved us money over eating in restaurants every night. Steve was great to work with on the house and put together a great set of golf courses for us as well. We are already picking our dates to go back in 2017.

Golf trip and pre-wedding trip

The house was excellent and Steve did a great job booking our golf. The house and location is perfect for golf or shopping in Southern Pines. The spacious kitchen and dining room were perfect for our Thanksgivings Dinner. We would recommend this house to any of our friends and for sure we will be back for another stay. Thanks again Steve

Murphy golf trip 2015

This house was excellent for 12 golfers. Steve does a great job booking the golf as well. The kitchen works well, the TV's are nice and there is 12 beds in six bedrooms. The location is next to the15/501 and midland Rd. traffic circle, thus very convenient. we will go back!

Just got back from a great golf trip with 12 of us and this house was perfect. Plenty of space for all of us with comfortable amenities and extremely clean. The property owner was great to work with and very accommodating. The location is great with quick access to Pinehurst area courses. Highly recommend this property.

ALTHOUGH THE WEATHER DID NOT COOPERATE, THE ACCOMODATIONS WERE SUPERIOR. GOLFERS USE TO CONDOS WILL NEVER GO BACK AFTER STAYING IN THIS SPACIOUS LIVING QUARTERS. Perfect for Golfers

Rented the house for a golf weekend. Location was perfect. Right off of Midland Road near the traffic circle. House was basically new and had all the extras you look for. Every room had 2 queen beds, kitchen was stocked with pots/pans and spices, 2 coffee makers, and best of all, ping pong table, shuffle board, and cornhole boards. Lastly, Steve was very easy to deal with. Will be back again

Grad

We were down to celebrate a graduation... Our son had completed special training at Ft. Bragg. We had 4 couples and 6 adult cousins down and the house and location were wonderful. Plenty of room to have privacy, plenty of room for family meals and to relax. We cook all our meals in, played shuffle board and corn hole toss without feeling cramped. We even had time to sit around and watch college football together. Yes I would recommend this house for any type of visit to Pinehurst. House was great, condition was great, location was great. The worst part was having to drive my 75 year old dad 5 minutes away to get his Starbucks every morning, but even that was enjoyable. Thanks Steve.....

Straight Down the Middle

Steve and his group do it again and again. Great house, great service, great location. This house is perfect for a golf getaway for a group of 12. Close to all the great courses, wonderful layout, and well decorated. Big screen TV, shuffle board, well stocked kitchen, and 12 beds. Will definitely rent again and will certainly use Clubhouse Properties in the future. Fantastic value. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

Great house for a golf trip!

Stayed in this brand new house for a 12-man weekend golf trip in October. It was perfect - big bedrooms (two full or queen beds in each), TVs everywhere, convenient location. The shuffleboard table was a nice touch, and the dining room was plenty big enough for our nightly poker game. The group agreed that this was the ideal house for what we needed, and the golf (Pinehurst No. 8, Dormie Club, Mid-Pines) was spectacular. We're already looking forward to our next visit.

The Best in Pinehurst!!

Took a trip with 12 guys and stayed 4 nights. After visiting Pinehurst for more than 20 years, I can honestly say that there is not any better accommodations anywhere around. The owner is very easy to work with and the house is great. Its brand new, works great for a large group, and is convenient to everything. I couldn't have asked for anything more.
