Welcome to Mother's Place, a stunning two-bedroom, newly built retreat located in the heart of Ocean Springs' golf cart district. Owned by Tiffany and Jason, this home holds a deep family connection, as it was originally the property of Jason’s great-grandmother. Although the original house was too far gone to restore, they lovingly rebuilt it as a replica, carefully preserving the classic charm while adding modern touches for ultimate comfort.

Mother's Place features two inviting bedrooms—one with a luxurious King-size bed and another with a cozy Queen-size bed—both outfitted with plush linens for a restful sleep. Both have large Smart TVs.

The full bathroom located between the two bedrooms is designed for relaxation, featuring a luxury shower and a bidet for an elevated experience. Additionally, a convenient half bath is located in the laundry room.

The living area is perfect for unwinding after a day of exploration, with comfortable seating, a full-size sofa bed for a third sleeping space, and a flat-screen Smart TV to stream your favorite shows.

The fully equipped kitchen allows for easy meal preparation, and the adjacent dining area creates a welcoming space to enjoy them together.

The home has a special treat for those wanting to take unique selfies in front of local artist Erinn Carty's beautiful large watercolor mural of the marina.

For those looking to explore the scenic golf cart district in style, Mother's Place offers a golf cart rental for an additional charge, adding a fun and unique way to experience the local charm, take to the beach, and explore downtown. You can also easily walk the three short blocks to the famous Government Street and the Downtown Entertainment District

***There should be no more than six people on the property unless prior permission is given. No events or parties of any kind. We have installed exterior security cameras for the safety of both guests and property outside of the home. There are no inside cameras.***

My daughter and I had a wonderful stay in Ocean Springs at Mother's Place! It was so clean, warm, and welcoming! We loved the Christmas tree and the abundance of towels! The golf cart was great for a fun, short ride downtown. The great location and all of the accommodations made for a great and memorable trip! Highly recommend staying at Mother's Place!

We had a GREAT 4 night stay at Mother's Place. When we walked in there was a cute little christmas tree all set up with twinkling lights. Such a nice touch! The house was extremly clean and had everything we needed. There were many added extras to make it comfortable and homey. The location is close to everything. Very friendly and timely communication.We definitely recommend staying here, and make sure you don't miss The TatoNut Shop in town.

The kitchen was great, it had everything we needed. We loved that it was so open to the living area. The house, yard and neighborhood were very pet-friendly. The neighborhood is so walkable and close to the Main Street in town. The front porch sitting was wonderful and the neighbors were very friendly.

The hosts thought of everything! The home was very well maintained and in a central location. Making it easy to walk on the beach, and experience the cute downtown Ocean Springs area! We rented the golf cart and I couldn’t have been more pleased. We will absolutely be returning!

The property was so cozy and modern, clean redesign of the original cottage. We had everything that we needed for a perfect relaxing getaway. If you are needing a refresh. Rent the golf cart and enjoy exploring the coastal and quaint beach views and local shops and restaurants. Leave your car in the driveway. We had a very peaceful weekend!

Great place and easy walk to all that matters

The house was spotless and as advertised. Bed was comfortable and the bathroom and other amenities were great. Easy walk or drive to downtown Ocean Springs. Plenty of room for just relaxing and taking it easy. No issues with check-in or with communications. Definitely will stay here again!

Excellent Stay!

We had a wonderful stay at this charming cottage in Ocean Springs. The location was ideal in a quiet neighborhood and it was just a short and easy walk to downtown with shops & restaurants. The cottage itself was spotless and very well maintained. Everything was exactly as described in the listing, from the comfortable furnishings to everything else that we needed for our stay. It was the perfect home base for a relaxing and convenient visit to the area. We highly recommend this property and would definitely stay here again!

This was a great experience from beginning to end! The property manager was really informative and helpful! The property is brand new and pristine! I think we found our new favorite!

We come to the Ms Gulf Coast at least once a year & this was our 1st getaway where we stayed in Ocean Springs. Mother’s Place was very nice and well-equipped for all our needs. They also offer a golf cart rental which we also booked & it’s the perfect mode for exploring all of Ocean Springs. The neighborhood is an older neighborhood just moments from the restaurants, shops, etc. In addition, the beach is just a couple of minutes away on the golf cart too. It was nice & quiet at the house too and we thoroughly fell in love with OS & staying at Mother’s Place. We were their very first guest in this brand new home. Don’t hesitate! It’s perfect for relaxing & even exploring all of the big gulf coast towns because it’s only a couple of minutes off of Hwy 90 (Beach Blvd) so you can be in Biloxi in 5 minutes. Thank you for offering your home for us to continue our traditions on MS Coast.

The Perfect Home Away From Home in the Ideal Location

My husband and I wanted a relaxing getaway and I honestly don't think we could have found a more perfect location. We did a lot of research for places near Biloxi (7-10 min. drive away) and decided on Ocean Springs. ***LOCATION! We walked to breakfast & dinner almost every night. This property is just a few blocks walk from Government Street which offers a variety of wonderful local restaurants and bars, many with live music. The art district and park are just a block or two away! From the moment we pulled up to Mother's Place, we felt as if it was somewhere we could actually call home. You can immediately tell that no expense was spared and every detail was considered when renovating this beautiful property. The master bedroom offered a comfortable night's sleep in a firm and roomy king size bed. There was ample closet space and a small vanity/dresser area for getting ready. The living room offered comfortable seating for movie watching while still including the extra benefit of a pull-out sleeper sofa.Expansive marble countertops, a farmhouse sink, and Keurig coffeemaker in the well-equipped kitchen offered more than enough space to unpack groceries and prepare our cooler for the beach each day. A 3-min drive!The bathroom was large enough for two to get ready with high-quality face and body towels. The refreshing bidet and frameless shower took a little getting used to, but added to the luxury resort feel.We can't wait to come back!

My husband and I had a wonderful weekend at Mother's Place. It is absolutely beautiful inside the way it is decorated and laid out. It appears very spacious, light and airy and fosters a feeling of relaxation and rest. It is immaculately clean and everything appears to be high end and tasteful. The owners have literally thought of everything you could possibly need or want--those little touches like having plenty of k-cups for the Keurig; cooking staples such as oil, salt and pepper, sugar if you need it. Plenty of towels, toilet paper, hand soap, extra blankets and pillows. The front porch is wonderful and so relaxing. We didn't realize we had scheduled to be there on Mardi Gras parade weekend; we normally don't like crowds and difficult parking, and most of the parking in town was actually blocked off; luckily we brought our bikes so we were able to easily ride to the beach or to downtown and did frequently, even though we are old with bad knees and backs, it was very close and easy. If you don't have bikes it's an easy flat walk or you could rent a golf cart. The yard is landscaped beautifully. The driveway where you park is beside the big open front porch so you can unload the stuff from your car onto the porch so that you don't have to carry it around up the few steps. My very favorite part was the handpainted mural on the wall. I couldn't stop looking at it. they had an actual notebook with instructions. Check in/out a breeze. Will definitely return!

The home was super clean, well appointed, very comfortable. The full kitchen is very convenient, and the bathroom perfect for my needs. Having a washer dryer was also very nice to have, with a longer stay. Very short walk to downtown or the beach
and an extremely quiet neighborhood at night. Would absolutely stay there again!

Girls weekend just me and a long time friend ! Beautiful and cozy house. Loved sitting on the porch in the morning drinking coffee and in the evening drinking wine. The neighborhood sweet and quite adorable houses all around the area. Saturday there was a Halloween fest for children n family's down the street at the soccer fields i enjoyed sitting on the porch and seeing the children dressed in costumes walking down the street . Perfect area you can walk to the shops and restaurant's just a few blocks away. Took a uber Friday to go eat at Bacchus on the bay, not far but too far to walk . Descent food but great senary of the bay . We did walk home from Mosaic and Maison Du lu I felt safe . Mosaci fun place to hear music you can also eat there. Saturday night we ate at Maison Du lu delicious and good service. The weather was great and everyone we met was so nice. Can't wait to come back !
