Our spacious property comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests and features a full Health/Wellness experience with a 4-Person Sauna, Cold Tub, a Full-Service gym including a Squat Rack, Barbells, Dumbbells, Row Machine, Stationary Bike, Treadmill and Yoga Mats.

This resort-like property also accommodates guests with a large swimming pool and Hot Tub, front and back patio with a fire pit and comfortable seating for relaxation and outdoor dining. Enjoy outdoor entertainment with our Bocce Ball court, Corn Hole, Connect 4 and Outdoor Projector/Big Screen as you enjoy your favorite movies and events, from the comfort of the outdoor lounge area or from the warmth of the hot tub.

Discover nearby sight-seeing attractions like the breathtaking Aerial Tramway featuring a cliff-side restaurant and hike at the top of the mountain, or Indian Canyons offering more hiking trails.

When you arrive to the property, you will need to enter the key code provided prior to your arrival.

Once inside the home, the living room is straight ahead. You will find a large seating area with a Smart TV for entertainment. To the right of the living room, you will find a fully equipped kitchen with both an island and peninsula with counter seating. Right off of the kitchen sits an 8-Person dining table with views and access to the pool, while remaining open to the main living area. A wine fridge and additional counter space for serving is located next to the dining table for all hosting needs!

Upon exiting the sliding glass doors of the living room and/or dining room, you will find a covered seating area with lounge chairs and a sofa. To the left you will find a dining table with seating for 10. To the right of the pool you will find lounge chairs and an umbrella situated in the sun, as well as a bocce ball court and cornhole set up for outdoor entertainment.

The Projector/Big Screen are stored in the garage. All of the seating arrangements, sit along the pool and Hot Tub.

To the right of the front door, you will find a powder bathroom and office space around the corner leading to the front patio through glass sliding doors. The front patio is home to the fire pit surrounded by lounge chairs.

To the left of the front door you will find the first bedroom with a full bath across the hall. As you follow the main hallway you will see the laundry room and 3 other bedrooms. The primary bedroom will be found at the end of the hall with its own full bathroom and getting ready station. The backyard can be accessed from the primary bedroom sliding glass door. The primary bathroom can also be accessed from the backyard through its own private door.

In the garage found off of the laundry room, you will find a full gym, equipped with a sauna and cold tub for post recovery.
