Nouveau canapĂ©-lit avec matelas en mousse Ă  mĂ©moire vient d'ĂȘtre installĂ©!

Nouvelle laveuse et sécheuse installées à l'hiver 2018.

Cette unité au 3Úme étage a certaines des meilleures vues de tous les disjoncteurs. Rien ne dit vacances comme boire votre café du matin tout en écoutant les vagues frapper le sable à quelques pieds de votre unité. La chambre principale a un lit Queen et un canapé-lit Queen dans le salon.

Les Ă©quipements ajoutĂ©s font de ce lieu un lieu de villĂ©giature unique. Le Breakers a son propre accĂšs privĂ© Ă  la plage et vous permet d’avoir les pieds dans la piscine et les pieds dans le sable en une minute.

Avec des dizaines de boutiques et de restaurants dans et autour de Coligny Plaza, à quelques pas de cette villa, vous avez tout ce que Hilton Head a de mieux à vous offrir. Best host! One of the best locations. Can see the sunrise from the balcony and the beach. Easy walk to many restaurants and stores.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Other than issues with the hot water all weekend the condo is very nice. We were never able to get a hot shower. They came out on Saturday to fix the issue however it was not fixed properly. The water coming from the tub/shower never got hot but could get hot water from the sinks.

Condo was very clean. The location was perfect. We could walk or bike ride wherever we wanted to go. Restaurants and shopping are right across the street.

Relaxing Getaway

This is our second trip to this group of condos. We love the convenience of the location, the great views of the ocean, and the condos have been very nice. Communication was great throughout our trip with great instructions provided through a texted link. Would definitely recommend staying here!

It was in a great location..50 yards from the beach and 5 minute walk to numerous restaurants. The apartment was clean and had everything my wife and I needed. It was as advertised.

Fall trip

Great location, fantastic views! I wish the deck furniture was taller because we looked thru the railing at the beach. The bedroom door needed to be repaired because in order to close it, to open it made a a loud noise and we were afraid it might break. The hall closet was fantastic! I did let management know about the door and got quick response.

Nice place

The property was nice. It was close to the shops and restaurants so we easily walked to them. The view from the condo was great, having morning coffee from the balcony was my favorite. The only thing negative I can say is there wasn’t any luggage carriers so if are like us and pack a lot of stuff, then there will be many trips to the car. But there was an elevator and we got some extra exercise in,LOL, so no terrible complaint. Over all the condo was clean, convenient and perfect size for a party of 2.

Convenient location but be cautious!

Convenient location to beach and shops. Even though the weather was cold, was able to have easy access to the beach and come back to the warm deck. If traveling solo, be weary!!! The security guard makes unwanted advances and doesn't understand the word no. He even shows up at the unit uninvited and doesn't leave.

Great location!

Pros: Loved the location! Close to lots of shopping and restaurants! Terrific view of ocean from balcony. The bed was very comfortable . Cons: Condo needs a deep cleaning. Grout is very dirty, which makes all the floors look dirty. Daylight shines in under the front door. The balcony by the railing feels unstable. It needs some attention.

Great location

The owner was kind to accommodate a 10 day Friday to Tuesday rental rather than the normal Sat to Sat term. Great location, terrific view,comfortable bed and homey feel. Instructions for TV were confusing and wrong, Took significant time to unwind. Only one trash bag so mid-clean up of dinner needed to run to store for more bags. Sunning on deck when a realtor enters to show property. I would stay again, but these simple things should be corrected.
