Welcome to Villa Alice! This vacation villa is situated in an excellent
location in the southwest of Cape Coral, just a stone's throw away from
Cape Harbour and only a short boat drive to the surrounding islands
like Sanibel or Captiva Island.
The villa is designed in a charming wooden style and offers plenty of
space for up to eight guests across two floors.

The villa features 4 bedrooms as well as 4 bathrooms. All bedrooms (1
King and 3 Queen beds) are equipped with a TV. On the ground floor,
there are three bedrooms and two en-suite bathrooms and also an extra
pool bathroom with an additional shower. The master bedroom is
particularly large and offers a cozy seating area with two additional
armchairs.

Another Queen bedroom with an own bathroom and terrace is located on
the second floor, where there is also another living room - amazing for
movie nights with the whole family.

The kitchen, complete with an island and breakfast bar, includes a
modern Samsung refrigerator with an ice maker and a Nespresso machine.

As you enter the house, you are greeted by an elegant dining area with
a wonderful view of the front yard, perfect for unforgettable dinner
evenings.

The outdoor area of the villa invites you to relax: Here, you'll find a
Weber grill, a heated pool & spa, sun loungers, and a cozy dining area.

Please Note:
Electricity (and if applicable propane) are charged as used at the end
of your stay.
Final cleaning does NOT include BBQ cleaning, which will be charged if
BBQ cleaning is required after your stay.
The amounts will be charged from the security/damage deposit
The security/damage deposit is $1000.0 and has to be paid 30 days prior
to arrival.
You can keep track of the status of your booking including the refund
of the damage deposit via the status link provided in the booking
confirmation email.
