Perfect for our needs!

Great stay for our family! Clean, well stocked, beautifully decorated. Beds were comfortable which is always a plus! Let us with nothing but good memories and lots of laughs!

Quiet Oasis

Wonderful property full of great amenities in a lovely cul de sac. The pool/hot tub were a little cold but with it being Christmas couldn't complain too much, plus the added fire pit was lovely to sit around with the family at night and have smores! Comfy beds and very clean if in the area again I'll know where to stay again!

Island getaway

We had a wonderful time at Island Vibe. We stayed 8 nights and could have stayed for more! The house, pool, and boat dock were in great working order and made our stay very enjoyable. We explored the waterways all around Pine Island. We will not hesitate to come back again.

The property was just as shown. The pool was amazing and heated. Kelly was quick to respond with any questions. Would definitely come back. * plenty of coffee filters from previous stayers. No need to buy.

Nice basic property

Good communication and follow through with property management. Basic kitchen furnishings.. had to purchase teaspoons, plastic glasses to be used around pool ( not disposable glasses) and cookie sheets. Bought our own broom and dustpan. Left all for future renters. Did request wet jet which was provided.

Lovely house and location. Pool and hot tub were nice but heater is very noisy. Firepit did not work. Kitchen tools and house supplies (soap, detergent, shampoo, trash bags) were minimal. I would recommend this house for a family like us that is looking for a quiet, relaxing vacation.

Nice place in a good location, need some attention to details

General cleanliness was OK at first glance. Found crumbs of food and stuck on food on dishes and silverware put away in the cabinets. A basket of rolled up beach towels is provided for your use, however, we found them all damp and smelling of mold. We laundered all of these ourselves. Cleanliness of the pool deck could be improved, it needs to be pressure washed. The dock has no cleats or bumpers for tying up your boat, there are two PVC poles attached to the wood pilings held on with tie straps. This was the only accommodation towards boat docking. There is no fish cleaning table. The pool heater was extremely noisy as previously noted in a review from January. We fixed this ourselves by putting insulators on the fan grate. There was an electrical wiring problem, which the management responded to promptly and sent out an electrician. The hose at the dock for spraying off your boat had a hole in it, and no spray end, management also replaced this for us a couple of days after I reported it. We wanted to use the grill on our first night, but found there was no gas tank for the grill. The tank for the fire pit, was empty. This was remedied by management. Overall, the house was very nice and has potential to be great, but could really use a deep cleaning and attention to some details.

Girls weekend

There was 7 of us on a girls weekend. We had plenty of room. House was clean. 1st day water heater quit working some one was there with 2 hrs to fix he could not fix so he replaced the hot water heater same day. Communication is spot on with property owners very nice place would rent again...

Cleanliness of the lanai -tables grill and many rugs were dirty. Pool was clean -no lights along outside dock-could be dangerous especially at dark.

Perfect place for our group

Beautiful place with a lot of room and it was well kept. Huge Lanai with nice size pool and we watch the manatees from the dock. Nicely appointed kitchen so we were able to prepare many of our meals there. My husband and I and some of our adult children made a group of seven and we all stayed there very comfortably.
