Villa will have your vacationers heart beating faster, through its
combination of luxury and modern design.

Step through it’s glass front door and be captured by its beauty. The
bright and open living concept invites you to feel right at home, and
also gives the impression of having reached an oasis in the Floridian
nature. Right after stepping inside the house your eyes are directed to
the outside, where you will find the spacious outdoor area with a pool
and spa. The location at the end of one of these provides a spectacular
view of the entire channel.

To be able to enjoy this gorgeous view every day and all day the villa
Veranda has an amazing outdoor area with various seating options, an
outdoor kitchen with BBQ, and an outdoor TV set the perfect mood for
entertainement.

The ground level of this villa is equipped with a modern kitchen
including marble countertops, a big refrigerator, a wine bar and two
coffee makers.

Inside as well as outside on the pool deck there is a dining table for
up to 6 people.

Need to work during your vacation? The Villa Veranda has got you
covered, and you will be able to peruse this in the private office with
a large designer desk.

Also located the ground level is a pool bathroom, in which you can
shower without having to walk through the living room after swimming or
sunbathing.

Right next to the bathroom you will find the Master bedroom, one of the
many gems of this home. The king-size bed is directed right towards the
sliding window doors, gproviding a view over the whole channel.

The master bedroom also offers amazing perks, being a freestanding
soaking bathtub, a raindrop shower and a door leading into a private
little secret garden you can’t see into from the outside.

Leaving the ground level, a spacious and bright staircase delivers you
up to the first floor where you will find two more bedrooms both also
consisting of a king-size bed and a private bathroom. Both of these
bedrooms lead onto a balcony with further seating and another fireplace
for outdoor entertaining.

This house provides a great variety of activities for all your desires,
for example a pool table (1st Floor) and 3 bikes.

Think it can’t get even better? Well, it can, because there is another
highlight: The location. Located on the El Dorado Pkwy right across the
street of the Cape Harbor community, you will only have 5 minutes
walking distance to the Marina and its restaurants and bars.
