This luxurious new Vacation Villa is located on a wide canal in the highly sought SW area of Cape Coral and offers a very special Florida feeling. It has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms as well as a functionally furnished office.

The house has been furnished to a high standard and offers the most comfortable stays. From the elegant, light-flooded living room, you can enjoy the view of the large pool and the wide canal. The corner sliding glass doors can be opened completely, creating a great indoor-outdoor feeling.

The very popular open living concept, where living, dining, and kitchen areas are combined in one large room, gives the main living area a unique atmosphere.

The large pool deck offers plenty of outdoor seating and lounging as well as a dining area for 6, and for cozy barbecue evenings, there is a large outdoor kitchen for your use.

This home is located on a wide canal with access to the Gulf of Mexico.

We adore staying at this property. Beautifully appointed, immaculate and clean, and spacious, it is the perfect retreat for us as a family. Looking forward to visiting again, hopefully in the not-too-distant future. We especially enjoy the outdoor seating area and the incredibly relaxing views.

We loved everything about our stay here. The home was so beautiful and clean, beds were very comfortable, and the pool was perfect. Better than the pictures. Only minutes to shopping, parks and restaurant's. Nice area for walking or biking. Stayed for a month, didn't want to leave. Pooneh was very helpful and easy to work with.

Beautiful property

We really had a great time and enjoyed our stay at this spacious property. The house was well maintained and close attention was paid to cleanliness. The house is right on the canal so we had plenty of privacy and it’s located in a quiet part of town. Our host was very quick to respond to whatever questions we had, which was a huge plus. We would definitely go back.

The house is amazing! Well maintained and has everything you may need. The reason 5 stars is not given is due to the management company. First they requested my personal contact information to sign a rental agreement. The costs listed on the rental agreement did not match the costs on VRBO that I paid. When I questioned it the company basically said sign it or we will cancel the rental. This was 10 days before we were supposed to arrive. Then when we arrived the pool was 62. When I tried to turn the heat up it would not work because the pool pump is on a timer and turns off at 5 pm. So the heater only runs from 8-5 pm. It was 40 some of the nights on the trip so by morning the pool was at 62 again. It takes 4 hours to heat the pool, so it was not warm until noon or later, which doesn’t work when traveling with 9/10 year olds. Second the heater did not actually work at all the first 36 hours we were there. I had to suggest a technician come to the house, which was done 24 hours after my suggestion at 9 pm. Turns out the capacitor needed to be replaced. For the price paid I would make sure everything was in proper working order before guests arrive. Finally our rental period ended at 10 am on Jan 4th. At 11 am on Jan 2nd the management company was at the property telling me we were supposed to have vacated the premises. I had to show them the VRBO booking and their own paperwork to prove what they should have known. I will not rent again unless there is a new manager.

We have been visiting different parts of Florida for the past 15 years and have stayed in several villas, many of them multiple times. This villa was unquestionably the best we have stayed in. A beautiful villa in a fabulous location.

Second Visit


This was our second visit to the Villa. It is beautifully appointed in a very smart and peaceful area of Cape Coral. Storm Debbie caused some damage to the external surrounding to the pool, which I reported to Pooneh and the repair was completed as quickly as possible. I feel confident that there will be a third visit by our family.

Everything was perfect. The house was beautiful , the location perfect. Great neighborhood. We walked and biked around the area. Good location for restaurants. Beautiful Cape Coral home for a family or couple

Three of us stayed 8 days. The house is beautiful, very well equipped with everything (pots & pans, dinnerware and service ware, bikes, rafts for the pool) and seems to be brand new. Well decorated. Spacious. 3-car garage. Beautiful pool (heated, if you prefer) with large veranda and outdoor grill. In our time there, we had all of our meals poolside. The managers are excellent. We had a smoke alarm battery malfunction and they were there within minutes to fix it. And the basics were all perfect--comfortable beds, large bathrooms with good water pressure, and the whole house was spotless.

July Escape

Great visit to this exceptionally beautiful home! Real life stress dissolved immediately with views of the water, a splash of pool fun and 2-full weeks of chilling! Every detail attended to, comfortable HVAC, big tv’s, reclining sofa’s, and pool toys! A couple very minor hiccups were immediately responded too and resolved - great communication and ready support from management which is always a priority! Thanks for a tremendous visit and we hope to return!

Excellent Experience

The house was exactly as described and pictured. It was clean, spacious and perfect for our family of four. It was also nicely appointed and everything was in perfect working order. The neighborhood is quiet and the pool and lanai felt private. I asked a couple questions before booking and during our stay and they were prompted answered. I recommend this property and would stay again.

Perfect for a relaxing vacation

Beautiful house and location.

The house is new and beautiful. Very well furnished. Nice pool with view of the water. Can park your car in the garage. 3 bicycles and great bike paths in the area. Very responsive property manager. We are going back again next year again.

Pooneh is wonderful to work with! Very efficient and responds quickly. From the very beginning of the booking until the end was very smooth and effortless. Beautiful property in Cape Coral

We were blown away by the property, the pictures didn't do it justice. The house is meticulously maintained. Beautiful outdoor area with a pool, view of the canal, and outdoor sitting area with a large screen tv. The property is immaculate with plenty of utensils, plates, and coffee was included with Keurig pods. Couldn't have been happier with the property. Pooneh was a pleasure to deal with and very responsive. No issues with either check in or check out. Highly recommended!

Property manager

The property manager is horrible to deal with, she never calls you back, she had zero check in /check out instructions, then she tried telling me she was going to charge me extra for cleaning the grill (witch I cleaned) and extra for the house, and the house was cleaned when we left. I wouldn't deal with Pooneh at all
