Welcome to Villa Summerwind, a modern new-build completed in 2024.
This light-flooded vacation home is situated in a southern exposure in
the central southwest of Cape Coral, just a short distance from
shopping, restaurants, and Cape Harbour.

With 3 spacious bedrooms, each featuring comfortable king-size beds,
and 3 stylish bathrooms – including two en suites and a pool bath – the
villa offers plenty of space for relaxation and privacy. An
additional den with a daybed and a desk provides an ideal setup for a
home office or quiet retreat.

The fully equipped kitchen also includes a Nespresso (Vertuo) coffee
machine – perfect for starting your day with a great cup of coffee.

The south-facing pool deck is a true highlight: relax in the heated
pool or spa, refresh in the outdoor shower, or enjoy cozy evenings in
the lounge area with an outdoor TV. A large outdoor dining table, sun
loungers, and a grill complete the inviting outdoor space.

For exploring the nature or a day at the beach, you’ll find 2 kayaks as
well as beach equipment – including a cooler, beach chairs, and beach
umbrellas.

Electricity (and if applicable propane) are charged as used at the end
of your stay.
Final cleaning does NOT include BBQ cleaning, which will be charged if
BBQ cleaning is required after your stay.
The amounts will be charged from the security/damage deposit
The security/damage deposit is $1500.0 and has to be paid 30 days prior
to arrival.

of the damage deposit via the status link provided in the booking
confirmation email.
