Beautiful Property and under 5 minute walk to beach

The Property was neat, clean and the pool was great and it is near the beach. Its a easy drive to other attractions and restaurant's.

Great beach getaway

The home was very clean and had everything we could need. It is also a short walk to the beach. TVs in every room and outside by the pool!!

Beautiful property with all the amenities anyone could ask for. Location was perfect for all ages, close to the beach and an easy walk to plenty of restaurants and bars. We would love to return.

The house was beautiful. The waterfall feature on the pool was not working which was a shame as it would have added to the ambiance. Overall we loved our stay and will definitely return.

Walk away from beach. 5 minutes and I'm 65. Moms good breakfast. Pool and patio are awsome. I've been to Ft Meyers Beach 16 times. Best place I've ever stayed in.

We loved this property and will definitely book again! The pool is so refreshing after a hot day at the beach. We loved the TV outside to stream music while enjoying the pool! Everything was clean and fresh! The location is absolutely perfect! Just a 5 minute walk straight to the beach access. Coastal Properties is fast to respond with any questions. 5 stars for sure!

Family outing

Enjoyed the sun and fun in Ft Myers. Younger kids really enjoyed the pool. Place was well kept. Lot of hurricane Ian damaged places either removed or in repair in the neighborhood yet. I’m sure it will improve everyday as Ft Myers beach gets back on it’s feet.

Very impressed with how well stocked with pots pans kitchen items, cleaning was limited with oven still having chemicals which made it unusable, some mirrors were not clean, can opener still dirty, over all still a clean place just needs some minor improvements. Would recommend

Summer Vacation

The one main downfall of our experience was the construction in the early morning hours (before 6 am) since the island is still rebuilding. Also, the pool waterfall only came on via a timer from 8 AM until 5 PM which we thought was odd. We enjoyed the close proximity to the beach! And it was nice that a couple of beach restaurants were open.

Great property, lots of small appliances and plenty of dishes, pans and storage containers. Pool is small but great fun. Property is second story, as most in Ft Myers Beach are. Short walk down the street to the beach. Very family friendly.

We had an amazing stay! The house was beautiful, very well maintained, and in an excellent location. Everything was spotless when we arrived, and you could tell the property is very well cared for.The pool was perfect, with an ideal water temperature, and we spent a lot of time enjoying it. The bathrooms were immaculate, the kitchen was fully stocked with all the utensils and appliances we needed, and the TVs and other amenities made us feel right at home.The only suggestion I would make is to add a bathroom on the terrace or downstairs. It would be much more convenient for guests using the pool, so they wouldn't have to keep going upstairs.Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend this property!
