Beautiful, vintage/eclectical property with good ocean views. Walkable to Salt Life and Sandbar restaurants. Also to the oldest operating putt-putt course in America.

Very nice place right on the beach and it was nice that beach chairs and umbrella was there to use. Pool chairs where ripped a could really sit in them bc fear of falling threw them and place had a hint of cat urine it smelled like.

Great view

There is a great view of the beach! After going down the stairs or elevator, you’re immediately at the beach. The kitchen is well equipped. The twin beds are nice in the guest room. Very cozy and I would recommend.

Would rent it again, very clean, kitchen was well put together. The range worked but the oven wasn’t working properly. AC was cold and we were happy. Easy access to the ocean, great view and dolphins swim by daily

I was staying here and working at the kings bay base. The whole experience was great. I do want to emphasize the AWESOME way manager Kim and Karen have helped me with getting the information I need for my job. They are quick to respond and were very willing to help me. Small Tweaks Needed

Kitchen needs some organizing. Lots of mugs (18) in reachable top cabinets. Dishes are underneath in a lower cabinet. Kneeling on the floor to put dishes away not very handy. Only has one dish towel...we stayed 10 days! Not even one box of tissues in bathrooms! It’s a lovely unit, great location but needs some minor tweaks. Last unit we rented provided beach towels which was very handy. Just a thought.
