Whether you're soaking up the sun or exploring the local charm, everything you need is right here—including a beloved beachside café and bar serving breakfast, lunch, dinner, beer, and wine.

Beach Bum was created with working families in mind, offering a unique, comfortable, and casual space where fun and relaxation come naturally.

Prefer to dine in? The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need—large appliances, microwave, crockpot, blender, coffee maker, silverware, pots, and pans—so you can prepare your favorite meals with ease.

The open-concept living and dining area invites you to kick back and unwind. Enjoy the cozy sofa and recliner, a mounted smart TV for streaming your favorite shows, plus games, DVDs, toys, and even a chalkboard wall where the whole family can get creative. The dining table seats four with additional barstool seating for two at the kitchen counter.

Sleeping arrangements comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests.
The private bedroom features two full-size beds with plush memory foam mattresses. The bathroom includes a single vanity and a shower/tub combo with a cheerful beachy vibe.

Beach Bum has everything you need for a day by the shore, including beach chairs, toys, boogie boards, a wagon, cooler, noodles, and blankets. After a fun day out, rinse off in the convenient outdoor shower before heading inside. Mustang Isle also features a fish cleaning station, shaded picnic tables, and grills—perfect for preparing and enjoying your fresh catch al fresco.

There’s no pool onsite – but not to worry – the Port Aransas Community Pool is less than 2 miles away, off Clark Parkway, offering a water park for kids, lap swimming, slides, and it is heated to 85 degrees starting in the fall and up until early spring. The community park also offers pickleball courts, an expansive skatepark, large playscape, plus hiking and bird watching trails. A schedule for aerobic classes, lap swimming, and community events is posted for you in the kitchen.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
