Ground floor condo located in the front of the Sea Isle Village Complex. Begin your day with a swim at the beach or in the junior Olympic swimming pool. Prepare your catch of the day in our full kitchen with granite countertops and white appliances or drive down the street to local restaurants. The tile top dining table has seating for 4. After a long day, close the blinds and watch a relaxing movie. The bedroom includes black out curtains and 2- Queen size beds with a nightstand. The en-suite bathroom has a tub/shower unit, linen and clothes closet. The Living room includes a loveseat, futon and accent chair.

We are located on beach marker #3. The walkway to the beach is a partially paved 150-yard walk. You will need shoes to walk over the sand to the beach. The condo is on the ground floor, no climbing stairs or waiting for an elevator! Parking is located right outside the unit, no lugging your belongings across the property!

Great location and very comfortable

The property managers were easy to communicate with, the unit was super clean and set up very well, and the accessibility to the beach was amazing. We had a really great time and would definitely come back here again.

Clean Serviceable Condo with great beach access

Clean and serviceable condo with necessary amenities. The beds were comfortable too. The condo complex has a really nice paved and mat beach path that we used every day of the stay.

This is the best place we have stayed in Port Aransas. The location is perfectly located to town and the beach. They have a walkway to the beach. The condo was the perfect size for my wife and I. It was very clean comfortable!! We definitely 😁 are going back!!

We had a great stay in Port A! The location is nice. The one thing I would say about the condo is that the futon is very uncomfortable. I would probably only stay here again if we were a family of 4.

Quick Access to Beach

Easy to walk or drive to beach. You can get beach permit at any convenience store - need to get this if parking there. Port "A" creamery - EXCELLENT in all aspects. So many retailers are great down there as well.

Place was very clean, nicely detailed decorations. Got several notifications to keep up with reservation via text making easy axcess to be handled. Cold A/C condo and nice pool to swim in.

Loved the condo! Clean and updated. It was able to accommodate our family of 5 comfortably. The floors needed a little more cleaning including the bathroom rugs. Overall, it was nice.

We had a sisters trip & we had a great time. Our property was perfect for the 3 of us. Short walk right over to the beach. Condo was clean. We had an issue with the toilet but they came right over & fixed it for us. Definitely recommend Life in Paradise Rentals.

Exactly what we hoped

This condo was perfect for our family of 5 getaway. Clean and comfortable with a full kitchen for making meals, all within walking distance of the beach. Our kids loved the pool too, and the AC kept the condo from being too humid. Check in/ check out instructions were clear and straightforward. We will definitely check availability here first next time we come to Port Aransas.

Sea Isle Village Stay

The private beach location was great but the walk to the beach was tough with small children. It was nice being able to text management regarding check in etc. but we were not able to get into our condo until 30 minutes after our 3-4pm check in time. The property was clean but some furniture was broken and repaired with duct tape and the futon couch was old and uncomfortable. 2 pieces of silverware broke as well. The WiFi info was incorrect and troubleshooting was difficult. For the price paid, we expected a bit more.
