We had the best time at the condo. It was clean and well furnished. We loved sitting on the balcony and listening to the sounds of the ocean. The kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, cooking and eating utensils and an adorable coffee/tea bar. The pool area is wonderful for sunning and swimming. We stayed the week after Labor Day and the complex was very quite. The only semi-negative for us was the smaller, master shower floor has a slope to it that was a bit uncomfortable, so we ended up only using the hall bath. The second bedroom doesn't have a ceiling fan, but does have an oscillating fan on the dresser, so you still get the air movement. They have thought of everything. Beds are very comfortable (can't speak on the pillows as I always bring my own). We will definitely be back as soon as we can!

Thank you so much for the wonderful review! We are thrilled to hear you had such a great time and enjoyed the balcony, the well-stocked kitchen, and the peaceful vibe the week after Labor Day. We appreciate your helpful notes on the guest bedroom and master bath; constructive feedback like that helps us ensure future stays are even more comfortable. We are so glad the oscillating fan did the trick and that you found the beds cozy. We would love to host you again whenever you are ready to head back to St. Augustine!

Kat was very welcoming and the communication was great during the booking phase.Coastal dreams is the perfect place to get away. The condo was immaculately clean, with all the amenities that you would need. It is quiet and steps away from the ocean. Also a quick drive to the downtown hotspot! I will definitely be back.

The condo was clean and beautifully decorated. We stayed 2 weeks and did not want for anything ie enough towels, sheets, pillows, dishwasher and laundry supplies to name a few. The best part was enjoying the ocean view and hearing the waves crash on the beach while sitting on the deck!

I thoroughly enjoyed the six weeks I spent at this condo. It is nicely updated and well maintained. My favorite part was the extremely easy beach access. With the beach only a two-minute walk away, I was out there all the time for a run or reading a book. I recommend a late morning walk on the beach up to the pier (1hr), then cut over to A1A for lunch at the diner and walk back. The view and the balcony are great. You can see the ocean while doing some work on the couch. The shower is great and the bed is comfy. The induction cooktop is cool. Kat was always responsive and helpful when I had a question.

Thank you so much for the wonderful review—I'm thrilled you loved the stay! The easy beach access and those ocean views from the balcony really make the place special, and I'm so happy they became part of your daily routine. Your pier walk A1A lunch idea sounds perfect—I'll definitely have to try it myself next time I'm down there! Thanks again for the kind words about the condo, the bed, shower, cooktop, and my responsiveness. It was a pleasure hosting you, and I'd love to welcome you back anytime.

Kat and Shawn have a lovely, updated, beach front condo!! The condo is very well stocked with amenities for the kitchen, bath, and laundry needs, as well as beach chairs and umbrella. The location of the condo, on Anastasia Island, we found to be perfect - quiet and a bit secluded, while also being very close to stores, restaurants, and near historic St. Augustine. The beach in front of the condo complex is beautiful, great for long walks! The overall complex where the condo is located is well maintained, not too big and plenty of parking. The complex has two pools, but they are not heated. We appreciated the communication prior to arrival and availability of the owners for any questions once we arrived. We will look forward to returning!
