Grande maison à deux étages avec deux chambres à coucher principales avec salle de bain complète attenante.

La maison a deux chambres de maître avec lits king size et salles de bains complètes attachées, une chambre king supplémentaire, une chambre queen, deux chambres d'enfants (une qui a deux lits jumeaux et l'autre chambre a 2 ensembles de lits superposés). Toutes les chambres sont à l'étage sauf une chambre queen et une salle de bain complète sont en bas avec les espaces communs. Toutes les chambres sont équipées de nouvelles télévisions à écran plat (câble et Wifi inclus). Au rez-de-chaussée de la maison, vous trouverez deux salons confortables et joliment meublés.

Le salon principal dispose d'une télévision à écran plasma de 50 pouces avec lecteur DVD, chaîne stéréo et lecteur CD. La cuisine est entièrement équipée comme le reste de la maison et donne sur la grande terrasse de la piscine.
Il y a aussi une buanderie avec une machine à laver, une sécheuse, un fer à repasser avec une planche à repasser et des piles de serviettes de bain et de piscine supplémentaires. Le garage a été transformé en une salle de jeux avec une table de hockey sur air, une table de billard, une table de pub et un espace de détente.

Il existe de nombreux équipements dans notre maison pour rendre plus facile les voyages avec un bébé. Nous avons des portes bébés pour les escaliers, 2 chaises hautes, 3 poussettes parapluie, 2 pack-n-jeux, une baignoire bébé, des voitures de course et des pistes, un ensemble de train à construire, des jouets de piscine et des flotteurs.

Cette maison est située dans la communauté de Windsor Hills qui dispose de nombreux équipements pour améliorer votre séjour. Sur la propriété, il y a des courts de tennis, des terrains de basket-ball, de volley-ball, de putting green et deux terrains de jeux. Il dispose d'une piscine chauffée, d'un bain à remous et d'un toboggan. À peine inauguré à l'été 2018, un parc aquatique près de la piscine sera complété par deux autres toboggans aquatiques et un tapis de protection avec des toboggans plus petits pour les enfants. Dans le club-house, il y a un dépanneur pour acheter des fournitures et des collations. Également une salle de jeux, une salle de sport et une salle de cinéma dans laquelle vous demandez à votre bureau de regarder des films à une heure programmée. Tous les équipements collectifs sont gratuits et inclus dans votre séjour, à l'exception des achats effectués au dépanneur.

La commodité est la clé !!! À quelques minutes d'un Walmart ouvert 24h / 24 et de la rue principale, l'US-192, regorge de restaurants, de boutiques et d'attractions. Les parcs Disney sont à environ 10-15 minutes selon les parcs. Les principales autoroutes de World Drive et I-4 sont à environ 3 miles de la maison.

We stayed here with our family of 13 for 10 days!The home was well stocked with all we would need! We loved being close to everything Disney!Everyone loved swimming in the pool! The clubhouse is nice but it was busy so spent more time at the home pool. Beds were comfortable and we had plenty of towels for all of us. We were happy to have the 2 port a cribs and a highchair as we had 2 little ones in our group. We are already booked for next year! The hosts were great with answering any questions we had. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home!

Had a great stay

We stayed for 2 weeks and everything went smoothly. Had one issue and it was quickly resolved by property management. Communication was great. Spent a lot of time in the parks only used onsite water area a couple times it was fine a little crowded. Would stay again and recommend this property.

We stayed here for 7 days for a family vacation to Walt Disney World , and it was exactly what we needed. The property is even more spacious than the photos suggest.Highlights:The Home: The homes kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook meals, and had dishes for children also. The family room was our favorite spot to relax.The Location: It’s a very quiet but was conveniently located to grocery stores etc. and close proximity to Disney parks.Cleanliness: The house was spotless when we arrived, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The kids enjoyed a fun day at the community pool with splash pad and it also had a snack/food shop that served sandwiches, snacks, and drinks. The Host:Tiffany and Ryan was a fantastic communicator. They sent a detailed welcome guide before we arrived and were quick to respond back to us. The umbrella strollers were not in the best of shape and they kindly had two news ones that arrived from Amazon the next day! Final Verdict:If you’re looking for a beautiful spacious home to stay in Kissimmee I can’t recommend this place enough. We’ll definitely be back!

Week Stay in Windsor Hills

Fantastic property for our 11 person family, plenty of space including 6 bedrooms. Pool was great to come back to after a day at the parks. You do have to pick up some essentials as the property comes with minimal supplies.

Close to Everything!

We did Disney World at Christmas Time. House was withing 15 min of the Disney parks we did. There is a Walmart near by that has everything we needed. Beds were comfy. Pools were great. Everyone enjoyed our stay.

Great stay at this Windsor Hills property. Check in instructions were helpful, the home was clean, and communication with the owners was prompt. Lots of space for our group to spread out, and extras that made the stay like being home, such as a stocked kitchen, pool towels, and starter supplies. Golf trip

I have been renting in this neighborhood for 10 years and this was the best property yet Ryan and Tiffany really have gone above and beyond to make sure every amenity is the best and in working order. Spring Break 2024

House was just as we expected. Perfect size for our family of 14. If had everything that we needed. Hosts were very responsive. All amenities were wonderful (we didn’t use the grill) , Kids loved the house pool and hot tub well worth the extra to have it heated, Perfect location for Disney parks and Universal Studios. Nothing Short of Amazing

This is our second stay within Windsor Hills and this is by far our most favorite house! We will be back. We had extended family this time that had never been to Orlando so this was the perfect family to welcome them into Orlando! Description was accurate, we were able to get checked in early because of our flight so that was perfect, communication was quick. We didn’t feel there was anything that was hidden we were told everything up front and that is always great!!!! See you next time!

Great family home!

We booked the home for our family reunion. Tons of space, clean, lots of towels (yay!) comfortable beds, tons of kitchen ware. The ground floor suite was perfect for grandparents. Plenty of toys, strollers, playpens if you’re travelling with toddlers (I’m happily past that stage!) Fun playroom with an extra full fridge for the adult bevs 😉 No problems at all, hosts accommodated an early check in which was great. Pool area is nice with no close rear neighbours. Lots of pool chairs, perfect hot tub temps/jets. We love Windsor Hills and have stayed in various properties throughout the community since 2010 and would book here again.

Grandkids Disney/Universal Vacation

We had a great stay and the house came as advertised, very roomy and not cluttered, paid extra for the pool heat but it was worth it, grandkids were in the pool every night. We got a early check-in which was very helpful and there's a Wal-Mart about a mile down the road, traffic can be challenging so add about 15-30 minutes to and from the theme parks. We had temperatures in the mid 80's all week and the community amenities pool was cold until you got used to it but they have food, drink, workout room..... and it's very clean. The home owners give you a very informative Check In/Check Out procedure and their cell phone numbers if needed, we never had to call and we were extremely happy with the home.

Lovely home, highly recommend

Our family of 10, with 7 adults and three children under age 5, thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The home is very comfortable, with great family room for lounging, and nice upstairs layout with ample bathrooms. This home has all the amenities you need, was super clean, well maintained and furnished. We appreciated the baby gates at the stairs. The short drive (literally 10-15 minutes) to the parks is so convenient and much easier than when our group had to use Disney bus transportation. The owners answered all our questions leading up to our stay and had good communication. Directions posted around the house were a plus. Check the supply list because you’ll need a run to the Wal-mart nearby (which is the biggest store I’ve ever seen) for some basics. Nice pool and spa, and community facilities. Great choice and well worth every penny.

Affordable / quality mansion for your family's theme park vacation

Its hard to believe getting a 6 bedroom / 4 bathroom mansion complete with two living rooms, game room, private pool and spa - all for less than the price of staying at a Disney hotel. But that's what you get here. The layout of this home is wonderful to accommodate large multi or extended families. The unit is clean with newer furniture, well stocked in the kitchen, has lots of pool toys (and tons of towels) and baby needs. The beds are higher-end for easy sleeping. The game room with the pool table and air hockey kept 3 kids very busy on rainy afternoons. I have been renting in Windsor Hills for more than 10 years because of the very close proximity to Disney and other attractions. I am always looking for the right deal between quality and cost and this unit is a winner. Plus the hosts are very responsive and willing to accommodate special requests on short notice. We will definitely look to return to this house.

(More than) what we needed!

We just returned from this beautiful home and are so glad we booked through Tiffany and Ryan! They were wonderful to work with. The pictures of this home and its description are just as advertised. The home was clean and obviously well cared for. There are extra bath towels and beach towels for the pool. The pool and spa were a highlight for our family. We paid to have it heated (1st week of April), and it was well worth it - wonderful, actually! The leather sofas in the family room that is right off of the patio/kitchen were so comfy! We all slept well (so the beds are great). Something else we appreciated was the extra large capacity washer and dryer! There was more than enough room for our family of 4 (we splurged after not having traveled for 2 years), but this home will easily accommodate larger groups/families traveling together. The location of Windsor Hills to all there is to do in and around Oraland can't be beat!
