From start to finish the whole experience was amazing and exactly what it said on the tin! The location was perfect for us and communication with the host was brilliant.The design and spaces in the house were great!The kitchen is really well equipped and the house felt really homely.We literally couldn’t say a bad word.If we were completely nit picking then I think the house would benefit from a safe.

Exceptional Stay - Perfect for Family

Our family had an absolutely fantastic stay at this beautiful home. Spotless, beautifully decorated and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Mr. Smith went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The space and location was perfect for our family. Can’t wait to return!

Awesome House

The house worked well for our coaches stay while at the AAU National Tournament. They had plenty of space and the kitchen had the things needed for them to be comfortable. The pool was fantastic.

Nice Location

Residence was located in gated community. Community was well kept. Home was located in cul de sac it was quiet. Home was clean but needs some updates. Overall stay was okay and my family enjoyed the pool.

The property was awesome. We had 14 of us and had plenty of room. The kitchen is well stocked, if you plan to cook bring seasonings and enough trash bags for your stay. We loved the club house, the pool was nice and warm, loved the corn hole boards, large chess and checkers. The Tiki Bar is not always opened, FYI. The host Anthony is very quick to respond to any questions which I really appreciate. The location is excellent for Disney Parks, very close. Used Ubers and it was convenient as you are dropped off right near the Disney gates and cost less than the 35 parking fees. The hot water never ran out in the showers and the pressure was good. I would highly recommend this property.

Rooms were all clean. Kitchen was fantastic with a lot of kitchen utensils etc for us to use. Pool was great all around. It wasnt cleaned though. I was really surprised by that. Host kept in touch at all times and was very knowledgeable. Beds were also surprisingly more comfortable than other places that we have stayed at. Area where this house was located is amazing. Great for walking around as it's a big community. Very close to places to shop and eat. Ohh plenty of beds and bathrooms to use even though it was only 5 of us there. TVs in the upstair rooms could be upgraded a bigger or to smart tvs. There were 2 bigger rooms that had bigger TVs with apps on them. For the other rooms we need to hook up xboxs or PlayStations for kids to watch tv. Outside patio didn't have an umbrella also a surprise for me compared to other places. I like to sip on coffee in the am but the sun is just beaming at you. Another neat feature is the trash all must go into trash bags but you don't put the trash bin out to the curb. They come and collect it from your bin. Very convenient. Grill is available by renting it near by and owner gives you recommendation where to get one. There is a fire pit at the house for roasting marshmallows. Plenty of closet space. Also there is a small den with books to read, board games to play just plain ol just sit and relax.
