Location had amazing view of the Bridge. We had no problems at all. Ended up parking boat at London Bridge it was easy walk. Parked boat in day on beach and had a great Thanksgiving with family.

Excellent location

Great stay right in the heart of the action of the channel. Only critique of the property would be the master bedrooms blinds need to be replaced.

Perfect Spot for 4th of July Fun with Incredible Views!

We stayed over the 4th of July weekend and absolutely loved it! The view of the London Bridge and all the channel activity from the balcony was amazing—we spent most of our time out there when we weren’t enjoying the water right in front of the building. The location was ideal: just a short walk to great restaurants and shopping near the bridge, plus easy access to the ferry that takes you right to the casino across the water.The whole experience made for a relaxing and fun getaway. We’d definitely stay here again!

Love this condo!

We've stayed in other condos st King's View. The location never disappoints. They have everything you will need here! Great later checkout (1pm) which was such a bonus for us, given we had kiddos to pack up!

Lake Havasu vacation

Perfect location. Love the space, the patio, very comfortable. Talked to the owner a few times. She was very supportive. Don't know who the property manager is. Will stay here again.

Cleanliness of condo

When we first arrived, we noticed a lot of the things in the condo were dusty, and there were a few broken items things that probably should’ve been fixed, like broken blinds and a closet door that fell on me when I try to open it.

Lake Havasu fun

What a great place so much fun! Great location next to everything restaurants shopping the lake front property was awesome! Very clean and the office was so helpful they were able to help with all my needs I believe it was Mary or Michelle but whoever I spoke to on the phone was a great help very friendly and kind! Thank you all for letting me stay at your great location! PS If anyone need a great spot try this place Michael Morrow

Great location, excellent patio and view from top floor! Poorly stocked with necessities.

Good sized unit. Bedrooms, bathrooms quite nice. Living/dining area large and well furnished. Kitchen very small with very little counter space. The patio deck probably the best feature. Very large with lots of seating, tables, BBQ and great views.

Fun Stay

This was a fun location. The condo needs a good cleaning. I thought it was on the lake, but it was not. That is my fault for not fully looking at the pictures, kinda seeing the roof of the condos in front. The pool also was not heated as advertised. Still a fun trip and fun location.

Great spot!

My husband and I needed a spot close to the bridge, but didn't want to be in the middle of the party zone. Although King's View is a busy spot, this condo was on the backside and higher up so the party noise was limited. We only hear it briefly Saturday night. The patio is HUGE and the unit was clean and inviting. We will be coming back for sure!

Wonderful Condo! We would love to come back one day!

This wonderful condo does not feel like a rental property. Decorated like you would your home it had all the ammenities you could ask for. The balcony was surprisingly big with lots of seating areas and had a wonderful few of London Bridge. Such a deal! We could'nt believe the value compared to other options in the area. We felt very lucky to find it! A BIG THANK YOU to the owners.

Dirty, not updated; would not stay again.

Dirty w/ cobwebs. Rear screen door just falls off the rail and is flthy. The place is not taken care of with no upgrades, carpet, blinds, cabinets, tables are cheap, old and barely work. Mattress is uncomfortable.
