Location location location!

We just spent two blissful weeks at this LTBS hideaway. Everything is within walking distance and the pool and common grounds fit the bill.

Lauderdale by the Sea

Had a great time and this was everything we needed. Walking distance to downtown and the beach which was very convenient. The pool area was nice and the overall set up was awesome. Would stay here again when we are down that way....

Nice and quiet location, close to the beach, and restaurants

Was very nice for the price. Furniture and linens could be updated. The shared hot tub was useful. We could walk to the beach, restaurants, and grocery store. We enjoyed the private, shared, backyard.

Fun Family Vacation

Our family loved the pool and swam everyday. Short walk to the beach and restaurants. They have a wagon, beach chairs, and sand toys, which we utilized. Plenty of parking if you have a rental car. Enjoyed our time very much.

December 2021 Family Trip

Everything was as stated in the property description. We are a family of 4 with two small children and this was a great place for us. The laundry, pool, hot tub, and outside common area are shared between all 4 villas. Very quiet street with a short walk to the beach. Definitely would stay here again.

Great Post Christmas Trip

Enjoyed our weeklong stay. The pool was heated and we enjoyed the outdoor gas grill next to it too. The rooms were clean and it was nice having two bathrooms. We used the kitchen to make breakfast each morning and ate by the pool. We walked to restaurants and the beach every day especially enjoying the snorkeling. We barely used our car. The owner and property managers were very friendly and we hope to come back soon!

Great place!

I stayed here with two friends and we had a great time. The unit was very clean and spacious. The location is wonderful, so close to the beach and restaurants. We enjoyed the pool quite a lot and the hot tub as well. The only thing that I would suggest is providing beach chairs and an umbrella for each unit. The were supposedly 4 shared chairs provided but they were shared between three units and they were being used the whole time by other folks. I had to call the property manager with a quick question and they were very responsive. Would return!

Great location and outdoor area!

The outdoor area is great, almost felt like you had your own private pool most days. Pics are spot on. Plus they had all the beach stuff for us to borrow - toys, rafts, chairs, umbrella. Location is also great proximity to beach and shopping. Nice to have two baths and bedrooms with our family of four. Check in super easy with just a code. So for these reasons, it was a great stay. But know that it’s a no frills kind of place - everything you need inside, but overall lackluster. Looks old and definitely not luxurious, but super clean. Maybe just unfinished?! The building itself could use some work. Looks run down from road. Not great curb appeal.

Nice Pool Area - Short Downtown Walk

We loved the pool area, and walking downtown from this location was easy. The neighborhood was quiet and well kempt. Beautiful trees surround the pool patio area. Inside our suite wasn't anything to write home about, but it has all the necessities, and you should really be outside while you're here anyway. 😜

Decent place for the week.

This property was a perfect size for my family of four! Having a pool there was a really nice bonus! The only thing is they could have provided more washcloths. We only had two for our family of four. We had to go buy more. Also, our A/C was not working much at all! It was 87 degrees when we got there on Friday night! We sent a message to the property manager the next day, and she said to let her know if she needed to send someone out. I told her it had cooled down some during the night, but it wasn't cold at all. She offered another unit, but couldn't guarantee it was any colder. So, she did call someone to come out on Monday, but unfortunately they couldn't come out until Wednesday to fix it. We were checking out Friday morning, so we went most of the week with temps in the high 70's to low 80's!

Great Location and property

The family had a blast at the house and pool. We could easily walk to the high street for lunch/dinner and its only 3 blocks from the beach.

Great vacation rental

My husband and I had an extended stay for 2 months while our home was being built. Great owner and staff in NJ, listened any time we needed anything. Local handyman kept the property spotless! Everything has been remodeled so like living in a brand new property. The patio and pool area is gorgeous with plenty of covered entertainment space, gas grill and beautiful pool and patio. Walk to the beach and restaurants in a few minutes! I am a Real Estate agent in the area and will recommend to my out of town clients.

A Five Star Gem

Along with my wife and 2 young sons, we stayed here for almost 3 weeks this past Xmas/New Year. The place was everything that was advertised and more! Very clean, spacious, first rate furniture, appliances, dishes - a real 5 star experience. The place is 2 adjacent bungalows renovated to comprise 4 units that share a nice sized pool in a private setting. There is a real nice large covered patio for bbq, eating, working, reading. Laundry facilities are right there. Just a note, it would be perfect for 2 or 3 families that wanted to holiday together but have their own places. The place is located in a nice, quiet neighborhood and the beach is a short 3 block walk away. The owners - Tony & Maureen - are very gracious and easy to deal with - first rate people who made us feel welcome without being intrusive. Their service team for pool cleaning, etc. is equally pleasant. I liked it so much that I have already booked the place for next year. For my needs, its hard to match this place in this location. Also, my wife and 2 boys (8 & 10) really wanted to come back here - the first time my whole family has agreed we've found the perfect place. I've been renting places for a few weeks at a time in this area for years and this one is the best value for money that I have seen - not the cheapest but well worth the reasonable price.
