Du 21/10 au 21/12, le Lagoon Pool et le East Polynesian Pool seront fermés pour maintenance. La piscine ouest, située entre les tours 3 et 4, restera ouverte.

N'attendez pas les ascenseurs! Le soleil chaud de la Floride et les brises fraîches de l'océan vous attendent dans ce magnifique condo au deuxième étage de Long Beach Resort dans la nouvelle tour améliorée 2, l'une des stations les plus agréables et les plus exclusives de Panama City Beach! Ce condo coloré propose une vie haut de gamme à son meilleur avec une touche «Key West». Mur à mur vue sur l'océan depuis chaque pièce de ce paradis spacieux de 1400 pieds carrés, et avec l'emplacement de ce complexe, il est pratique pour tout, des grands restaurants au Super Walmart juste en face! Grande piscine lagon (6800 pieds carrés) avec des cascades, des spas à remous, deux piscines polynésiennes (chauffées en saison), un bar et un grill sur place (en saison), un magnifique parc paysager et une location de jet ski / parapluie sur place ainsi qu'un accès sécurisé 24h / 24 et Sécurité. Le salon dispose d'une nouvelle télévision à écran plat de 40 pouces, d'un lecteur DVD / magnétoscope et d'un canapé-lit queen-size. Il y a un lit king-size dans le maître avec un nouvel écran plat / DVD et deux lits doubles avec un nouvel écran plat / DVD dans la chambre d'amis. Nouveaux draps / serviettes dans ce condo, tous les lits ont 300 draps en coton égyptien! Le salon / salle à manger et les deux chambres s'ouvrent sur le grand balcon donnant sur 1 300 pieds de plage de sable blanc privée. Everything was amazing! We loved the location of this unit on a low floor very close to elevator and beach access, along with convenient to the lagoon pool. Check in was very easy. We will definitely stay there again.

The whole unit was not clean, smelled musky & moldy. Had to disinfect baths before using. Need to check on their housekeeping service! The queen mattresses need replacing, urine stain & smells on one., couldn’t sleep on it. This unit Badly Needs updates & repairs. Plus, balcony was very nicely furnished. Views & accessibility’s were great! I would rent again if these updates were made simply because of the location & view.

Stay here - The view is spectacular!!!

This property is exactly as described and has the most amazing view! We watched dolphins from the balcony every morning. The beach is also a short walk, the pool has a great staff and offers food, drinks, and ice cream. The host is very responsive and the location is convenient! We will definitely stay here again and share it with others!

Great vacation

Would definitely recommend staying in this condo. We have stayed in multiple condos along the gulf, this condo was by far the best. Great outdoor furniture and the second floor view was perfect. Will definitely book with Kims condos again.

The property was great. We loved everything about it. The beach was great and so were the pools.

Our room was great. We had a great view and was very comfortable in our room. We did have a problem getting the TV's to work, but finally figured them out and everything was GREAT. Would stay here again!

Our check in process was super easy. Once we got to the room it was awful. Floor was nasty. Felt like it hasn’t been mopped in forever. Had to go buy slippers and socks to wear around for the week. Grease all over the stove and microwave. Dirty dishes. Crumbs on the countertop. Washer and dryer could use an upgrade. Rugs was nasty. Refrigerator and freezer had dirt and hair. Didn’t even look like housekeeping did anything but change the sheets. And that could’ve been questionable. For what we paid for this room for a week the room should’ve been a lot cleaner! Housekeeper did come back and wipe stuff down. But walking in and seeing all of that is not a great start to a vacation when you have to clean everything. Do have pictures of issues.

excellent condo!!

For my family this was the best condo we ever stayed at! Very spacious rooms and open floor plan. Never used an elevator and very clean room. Will definitely be staying here again. Kims condos were super easy to work with.

Beautiful location and condo

Clean and very comfortable with enough amenities to enjoy. Sleeps 6 comfortably and can sleep an additional 2 on a sleeper sofa. There is a cleaning fee and parking fee which I was not aware of until the week before (total $130) but all-in-all, great vacation with the family!

Great space

This unit was clean with plenty of room. The location on the 2nd floor was great. They supplied a reasonable amount of necessities such as toilet paper etc. and the patio furniture was fabulous

Excellent Experience!

We absolutely loved our stay here! Very family friendly and oriented.The condo is wonderful and has amazing views of the beach and ocean. The overall cleanliness was good! Some of the dishes were still dirty (had leftover food on them) but other than that it was great!! The check in and check out process was smooth and easy. We will for sure choose to stay here again!

Long Beach Resort

Kim’s Condos was so spectacular. The condo was clean. AC was wonderful. Communication is terrific. Location was amazing. The lagoon pool was so beautiful. I would definitely stay there again. Both masters are oceanfront. Plenty of space for everyone. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

Great Location

First off I want to say, Kim’s Condos was amazing, the check in process was phenomenal. The condo itself is a little outdated, the carpet is worn and the mattress in the main bedroom needs replaced. Overall- it was a great stay. We always have a great time in PCB, and would definitely use Kim’s Condos again. The beach chairs that come with the unit are also a plus!

Fantastic Week

We enjoyed our stay so much we extended it a couple more nights. The communication with Kim was great! The view, the location all was great! I do hope they get a new mattress for the master bedroom before next year. It was a rough 7 nights but I can sleep when we get home. Thanks again for being such fantastic hosts!

Great Location

Condo was pretty nice except for carpet in main area, it was really badly stained. Front door needed replaced or at least painted; & dead bolt was broken. The location was perfect for being on the beach.

Good location but doors don’t lock very well

I stayed over Memorial Day weekend with my wife and three kids. We liked the location, and the spacious bedrooms. The deadbolt to the outside door was extremely loose and had tissue paper stuffed in it. So I’m not sure how strong it was. The sliding door to the beach side patio also does not lock. Which was a concern with three small kids. All in all, we would stay there again if they worked on securing the doors.

Hurricane, then fun!!

We arrived the Tuesday that Hurricane Sally was to arrive in LA. It decided to take a turn and hit Pensacola and Gulf Shores instead. We received lots of Tornado warnings and lots of rain, but we were fortunate that the weather cleared and we were able to enjoy the weather for the remainder of the week! The condo was very nice! We were thankful to have such a nice place to hang out since we had to stay in for a while. Thank you, Kim's condos, for providing a great spot for us to relax! We loved the balcony! There was plenty of room and seating for our family of 6! The provided beach chairs were such an awesome perk!! We will be back!

SOMEWHAT DISAPPOINTED!

My first impression was the front door to this condo. I thought if the rest of the condo looked like this, I would be very upset. The door looked like it had been beat on, paint peeling and you could not read the numbers on the keypad at all. The deadbolt on the door would not work. I was the first to enter the condo and immediately started comparing it to the pics on VRBO. The carpet was emerald green, stained in many places and spots that were very discolored. Some of the furniture was different. We discovered the love seat was wet. (Like someone had tried to clean it.) We could not sit on it. There were no pillowcases for the pillows in the closet for the sofa sleeper, so we didn't use it. The comforter on one of the queen size beds had tears at the seams on the top. (Coming apart at the seams from washing probably.) The air conditioner was great and the furniture on the patio was awesome We stayed out there enjoying the view more than inside. I did really like the layout of the condo. The pictures need to be updated! S.Hill

Family Vacation

Beautiful property with views you can't beat. Great location. Oasis pool is great and the bar served good drinks and snacks. The beach front isn't as crowded as in front of other resorts which is nice too. Have stayed at this resort several times in the past and will continue to do so in the future.

Awesome Rental

Had a previous booking with 2-504 and they canceled 61 days beforehand so they could accommodate their niece or some bull crap. I was able.to find this one which was better at same tower. I suggest using kims condos
