Location was close to airport and other local attractions. Very clean and spacious location. Responsive customer service. Three full bedrooms and 3.5 baths, spacious kitchen with all needed amenities. Pictures match the location. Family friendly and would stay again. Wished there was a full ironing board and luggage racks would be my only adds.

This condo was beautiful. Great location for walking through park and to museums. It was also in a great location for places we drove to. The interior is absolutely beautiful and had everything we needed. The only thing that took us by surprise is the condo is right on a landing path and some of the planes were pretty low. However, the noise was not bad and the flights weren't an issue at night when we slept. The communication from the rental team was great. Having a garage for the car was also very convienent. Thank you!

The townhome was clean. Two of the three beds were very comfortable, one was very hard (which may be comfortable to others). We liked how each bedroom had its own bathroom. The place is technically four stories including the garage, so climbing up to the top floor is a hike (not complaining, just stating for those who find stairs difficult). The owners were good at communicating quickly. The garage and gated area is a great addition. The location is wonderful. It truly is RIGHT under the flight path and they land about every 2 mins in the height of day. Suggestions to the host: provide more than 1 towel per person, and hand towels for the 1/2 bath for drying hands (we ended up using a kitchen towel). Overall, we felt like it was a good stay, albeit very expensive for what we got. Assuming there was an upcharge not only for location but for it being a holiday weekend as well. *** not recommended for people with toddlers due to the stairs, sharp corners, no high chair, pack n play, etc. we rented all these things through a third party but the stairs were a concern the whole weekend. (Not the hosts fault, just an aside for anyone looking in the future, you can also rent baby gates through 3rd party but you’d need 3 just for the main floor alone).

We liked the property and our stay with just some minor issues: there were no scissors in the kitchen, there was no dish rack, there's only one teaspoon and of course the townhouse is directly under the flight path. We reported these items to the property manager on the first day of our stay. In some other places, when we reported such items, the owner stopped by right away to fix the problems. However, in this rental, we just got a thank-you response but no fix. Maybe this is the difference between the owner directly listing the property versus a management company listing it. The aircraft noise is very noticeable so if you are sensitive to noise, avoid this property. One of the problems we had was that the information on how to open the driveway gate to the development and the garage door was not sent to us so we had to call from outside the driveway to get that information. Overall, we are like the place and would recommend it. It is new, has 3.5 bathrooms so each bedroom is an en-suite, it has three floors so you will definitely get your exercise. It has a 2 car tandem parking garage with a rather narrow door - so beware if you are renting a large SUV.

The folks at Cardo were responsive and helpful and the apartment had everything that we needed, including enough laundry detergent for several loads. It was clean and more than enough room for the four of us. I thought before arriving that the walk to the Embarcadero and Gaslamp would be too far, but it was not bad at all. Anyone staying here should definitely walk to Ocho Mexican Food & Cafe, 3 minutes away. Excellent food. We didn't have a car, so can't comment on that aspect. We did have some issues with logging onto our streaming services for the downstairs TV, but we weren't there to watch a screen, so no big deal. Location overall was fine - a quick Uber to the Zoo.
