This newly renovated 4-bedroom, 2.5-bath home occupies the upper level of a charming duplex in Mission Hills, one of San Diego's most sought-after neighborhoods. The game room sets the tone immediately: Pac-Man, foosball, a 2-player arcade basketball hoop, and chess. Head downstairs to a safari-inspired tent with privacy curtains, a fire pit, and seating for 12, the kind of spot guests describe as perfect for wine and stories under the stars. The grounds also feature a putt-putt course, bocce ball, and cornhole. These areas are shared with the downstairs unit and availability isn't guaranteed, but most guests find them easy to enjoy throughout their stay.

📍THE NEIGHBORHOOD
Mission Hills puts you within a 10-minute walk of Little Italy and Banker's Hill, both packed with excellent dining, coffee, and bars. Balboa Park, the Zoo, Gaslamp Quarter, Petco Park, the beaches, Coronado Island, and the airport are all 5 to 15 minutes by car. It's a genuinely central location without the noise or chaos of staying downtown.

ℹ️ GOOD TO KNOW
The home sits on a hill in an active urban neighborhood. Street parking is usually available nearby, though on busy weekends it can require a short walk. Due to it's central location, you may hear planes between 6:30am and 10pm. The sound machines help considerably, and most guests say it stops being noticeable within a day.

📜HOUSE RULES
No smoking, no pets, no parties or bachelor/bachelorette events. All guests must be 25 or older unless a parent is present. Max 8 guests. Check-in after 4pm, checkout by 10am.

🔑 GUEST ACCESS
We use a smart lock and will send you the code 14 days prior to your stay once we have the signed rental agreement. Please note there are security cameras on the front exterior of the home.

↩️ CANCELLATION POLICY
Reservations canceled at least 14 days before start of the stay will receive 100% refund. Reservations canceled at least 7 days before the start of the stay will receive a 50% refund.
