Perfect Stay in Gulf Shores

My daughter and I stayed here for a couple of days for a music festival in Gulf Shores. it was a perfect location we could walk to a ton of different places. on the beach and a pool available for our use. Would definitely stay again.

We had a wonderful time. There were some issues with the washer/dryer and dish washer when we got there but the host was super helpful and addressed our concerns. Also there was concerns with cleanliness of the couch and pillows. The host immediately addressed it. I fell like the cleaning service for this property did not do a good job. The pictures didn't represent what was actually there. The apartment needs updated and a better cleaning service.

Great Beachfront Condo

We loved staying here! It was absolutely perfect! Steps away from the ocean, large pool and walking distance to several great restaurants. Marni was the perfect host and we will definitely book with her again!

Gulfside Townhomes are a great family friendly place to stay. This unit was great and the owner took great care of us. Would highly recommend this unit.

From booking to check out, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Everything was so clean, the pool was well-maintained, and the beach was immaculate. Marnie was the perfect hostess. We will definitely be back.

Nice, clean condo right on the beach. Awesome balcony

This condo is a stones throw from the beach. When my daughter got tired of the saltwater we hung out by the pool instead. We had the best time ever. The location is awesome with the beach 30 steps away and several restaurants at walking distance.

Girl's Trip

The townhouse was cute & had the little things; like soap, 1 roll of toilet paper & paper towels, to get you started until you could go to the store. The access to the beach was easy & just right there. The owner was great & very very helpful through the whole process. I would definitely recommend to stay here.

Very nice property

Great communication from owner. Any issues that arose were discussed with owner, who was unaware as no one had mentioned them. Views were great, location was great, walking distance to food, shops and venues. Looking forward to returning.

We will definitely be back!

Our host Ms. Marni was so accessible and helpful. The condo was very clean, comfortable and well stocked with towels, dishes etc. The entire complex was very nice and well kept. Beach access was AMAZING! Very short walk to the beach. I was pleasantly surprised at how close we were to the beach/water. Overall great experience and we will definitely be back! Thank you Ms. Marni!

Great location!

Property manager contacted me initially prior to check in to advise me of leaky roof lill dishwasher issue which we declined to have worked on during our stay since we would not be using it and the roof leak was minimal. I immediately contacted her about washer/dryer closet door down and she responded immediately to confirm the issue was prior to my stay. Great communication. Great location. Great vacation!

Great location! Awesome parking!

We really enjoyed our stay. The town house is located within very short walk to the beach. The parking is great. Never have to fight for a spot and this area has many people trying to find parking. It was so nice to pull in and park under the town house. You can walk from the home to close restaurants. It was comfortable home with everything you need. We went on walks down the beach and it was so nice to leave everything behind at the town house knowing it was locked up safe. Bring beach chairs, umbrella and beach towels!!

Older Rental but, it Doesn't Need to be Neglected

We just had an overall sense of disappointment about the run down, neglected, and yes, unclean condition of the property.

Hi Rob, thanks for your communication via this review. I’m truly sorry and sad to read your review. You’re right!! I should not ever happen. I did not know this occurred for your stay until reading this! You and I had direct txt communication during your stay. I wish you had relayed the uncleanliness at that time. I would have been able to remedy it. A guest after your departure txt me upon arrival about the maid service and that issue was quickly resolved with my immediate communication with the owners of that maid service. I am also forwarding this new info to them. It just shouldn’t occur .. especially with what we pay for that service. Thanks for the communication Rob. Again I’m sorry it happened!! It won’t continue!!

Best location out there!!!

My family and I enjoyed this property so much!!!! The location is fantastic!!! For starters- you have your own assigned parking area beneath the townhouse. This parking area also doubled as our pool/beach gear storage (meaning- no sandy mess being inadvertently brought in every time you come inside!!!) You can be at the pool or beach in less than 3 minutes!!!! Amazing!!!! I’ll never stay in a high rise with 30+ min elevator lines again!!! The host(owner) is also wonderful. She gave us so many suggestions on places to visit and eat during our stay! She went above and beyond and I’m so grateful we’ve found our forever rental in Gulf Shores!!!
