Nestled in a tranquil setting, this cool property offers AC for your comfort, washer/dryer, grill, king beds throughout, complete kitchen, private parking space, a star gazing deck and more! Guests can relax and unwind in this unforgettable and wonderful space.
The beach is very close, only about a 3 minute walk. However, the unit is perched on a steep hill, so please keep in mind that it is always recommended to rent a car. There is parking down at the beach which is right below the house as well. There is a security person and charge about $5 - $10 for the day. There are 4 - 5 beach chairs and a small cooler provided by the house for your use.

The unit has its own gate and parking spot and its own pool which unique to Mariners Point condos. There are also outside security cameras and an alarm if you would like to use it.
All of the windows have black out curtains for good sleep, a king bed and their own bathroom/shower. The main bedroom even has a nice tub.
The pool full of sun, keeping it at a nice temperature all year long. the grill is located next to the pool and has the same view, making for memorable grilling experiences.
the Star Gazing deck is private to the house as well. Located right below your pool, you have access to a one of a kind perch, unobstructed for endless views of sunsets and stars. GREAT for PICTURES!
