Superbe Villa Directe En Bord De Mer à Bahia Pez Vela - Playa Ocotal

Belle plage en face Villa Narciso (Jonquille) est située dans la communauté fermée vierge de Bahia Pez Vela. À seulement 25 minutes de l'aéroport de Liberia. Montez directement sur notre plage de sable noir très privée depuis la terrasse. Vue imprenable sur l'océan, imprenable. Dormez et réveillez-vous au son des vagues. Idéal pour les familles et les petits groupes. 6 couchages confortablement. Notre 2100 SF, 3 chambres, 3 salles de bain (récemment rénové 2018), villa moderne est équipée de toutes les commodités pour fournir des vacances sans souci.
Profitez du rez-de-chaussée à aire ouverte avec cuisine, salon et salle à manger entièrement modernes. De grandes fenêtres et des portes grillagées s'ouvrent sur une terrasse et un front de mer spectaculaires. Trois grandes chambres dont une principale avec salle de bains récemment rénovée (2018) et balcon privé donnant sur la plage. Deuxième chambre avec deux lits doubles et vue spectaculaire sur l'océan et la plage. Troisième chambre avec 2 lits jumeaux et vue sur le jardin luxuriant.

Nous offrons une gestion sur place pour vous assurer que vos vacances sont sans souci. Notre concierge sur place est prêt à répondre à toutes vos questions et à réserver des excursions pendant votre séjour à Villa Narciso.

Bahia Pez Vela possède 2 piscines à débordement et une piscine pour enfants. Profitez d'un dîner dans le restaurant en plein air ou dans la villa. Un service d'étage ainsi qu'un service de chef privé sont disponibles. Des planches à pagaie et des kayaks sont disponibles à la location. Plongée en apnée fantastique juste de notre plage.

Profitez de vacances assez relaxantes ou découvrez les nombreuses attractions à proximité. Nous sommes à seulement 4 km de la ville balnéaire animée de Playas Del Coco. Essayez l'un des nombreux restaurants, faites de la pêche en haute mer ou de la plongée sous-marine. Conduisez un peu plus loin et faites une randonnée sur le Rincón de la Vieja ou faites une excursion en bateau sur le Palo Verde et voyez des singes, des alligators, des toucans et plus encore. The Hosts, although remote, greeted me virtually when I arrived and made sure everything was fine. The Villa is beautiful. Steps away from the beach. The resort itself is lovely with the pool and restaurant, again only steps away. The staff are friendly and courteous.

This was such a perfect place for a relaxing vacation in Costa Rica! The check-in process with Jacky and Cesar was so easy - and they are very helpful with recommendations. We did not plan much in advance and just waited to see how we felt that day and it was perfect for me. The hosts Jane and John were so kind and understanding of a last minute date shift, and were able to help me work out some details, which I was so appreciative of. The villa was amazing, clean, well-stocked with plates, linens, beach towels. The resort pool was relaxing, and you could sit on the lounge chairs and enjoy a nice breeze while looking out at the beach. The beach was fabulous with good snorkeling right off shore. We saw howler monkeys right in front of our villa one day! We enjoyed the on-site restaurant - great food and service. I did not want to come home! Would love to stay again soon.

We loved this amazing place! We stayed all of April at Villa Narcisa, Bahia Pez Vela Resort. Hosts were very responsive and thorough in all communications. The resort is an exquisite hidden gem beachfront cove with black sand. The grounds, pools, and resturaunt are 5 star. Everything is beautiful and pristine. The staff were incredibly responsive and timely with all questions, requests to book adventures, scheduling airport shuttles and a few villa repairs needed for minor plumbing and ac issues. They fixed things right away.The office staff, maintenance, groundkeepers, and housecleaning were very attentive and helpful. The villa is beautiful, spacious, clean, modern, and very comfortable. Beds and ac in all 3 bedrooms made sleeping super comfy, The kitchen has everything you need, laundry room is nice, outdoor living space is great for entertaining or relaxing in sun or shade. Indoor and outdoor furniture is all comfortable. The outdoor experience is ethereal with 2 troops of a dozen howler monkeys lounging in the tree canopy right off the patio. The ocean view is unobstructed beach front with picturesque sunsets over the Pacific. Wildlife each night on the grounds, on the beach and in tidepools: raccoons, geckos, crabs, and octopus. There is a variety of colorful birds and sounds all day, iguanas, and a blue heron nest with babies. Snorkeling in the cove there are starfish, schools of neon fish, rays, and huge sea turtles. Its magical, ethereal and we hope to go again.

Everything about our experience was top notch! The hosts were always super accessible via the app, both before and during our stay if we had quick questions. The villa was exactly as described - well-appointed with everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. The home was pristine, with comfortable beds, bedding, living area furniture, and plenty of towels and paper goods. The kitchen had everything we needed for any cooking or beverage prep. The location couldn't have been better, just (level) steps from the beach, pool, and restaurant (which was terrific by the way). It was wonderful having access to the resort concierge staff for booking excursions and transportation. We would definitely return here on any future trips to Costa Rica!

The location was fantastic, just steps across the lawn and on to the beach. The beach was quiet and pleasant with good snorkeling available on the north end. The resort provided lounge chairs for the beach and there was nice shade to relax in while enjoying the views. The house was clean and spacious and the hosts were quick to respond to any questions. There is a restaurant a few steps away and it was an only a short drive to Coco for excursions and a variety of restaurants and shopping. The kitchen was well stocked and in good order. The only thing we were left wanting was some cooking spray or oil. Not something we thought to pick up at the grocery store. Overall a great home and location for a very relaxing vacation.

Great views and very quiet

If you’re looking for nice accommodations, a quiet area, and great views, this is the place. The pool was rarely used by other guests, the beach was clean, and the entire neighborhood was quiet. You are going to want a car if you want to be able to run to town or eat off-site. The on-site restaurant is very nice.

Fabulous!

I was traveling with my 3 adult children. The place was beautiful! Everything we needed was provided. Great kitchen very well stocked for cooking. The beach was gorgeous. The house itself was beautiful and comfortable. We couldn't have asked for a better experience!

We had an amazing stay here with our family of 5 (3 teenagers). The house was well stocked with everything we needed and very clean. Beautiful landscaping around the patio. Just steps away from an amazing little beach. The beach has rocks on the outside and we saw tons of fish snorkeling. The middle of the beach has no rocks and is great for playing in the waves. The office staff had great communication and helped us arrange our rental car and excursions. We are already planning our next trip!

We enjoyed a longer stay on this return trip. The villa is comfortable in every way, and the nearby pool and restaurant were convenient and a perfect complement to relaxing on the patio and enjoying the ocean views beyond. We especially enjoyed the many birds in the area this yea.

Well needed week of rest and relaxation!

The villa was just as it was described, beautiful and very clean! What a great week we all had! From the friendly staff on campus, whether it was the groundskeepers, Security, everybody at the restaurant, everyone was super friendly.The view from the deck was spectacular. Every morning I got up and had my coffee as I sat outside and listen to the birds and the waves lapping on the shore. I have already recommended the Villa to several of my friends.

This villa is perfect for a family looking to be close to the pool, beach, and restaurant! Incredible views from the patio and balcony as well. Maracuyas employees were so helpful and friendly. Great food and atmosphere

Beautiful villa with a perfect location. Quiet and calm outside of the hustle and bustle of Playa Coco. Really cool black sand beach with iguanas and Howler monkeys. Definitely recommend and would stay here again. Villa had everything needed outside of food.

Steps to the beach..

We wanted a beach front property and John's place is exactly what the doctor ordered! Great location and the staff was super nice. The restaurant was also convenient and fantastic food.

Fantastic villa

The Villa was perfect for our family! The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The office helped us book a wonderful trip to the rainforest. Would definitely stay here again

We have been staying at Bahia Pez Vela for a number of years and made the decision to purchase our villa in 2017. One prerequisite for our family was that any home we purchased had to be on the beach. Bahia Pez Vela is a secure community of only 40 homes. It offers all the amenities you need for a quiet relaxing stay but is close enough to take advantage of everything Costa Rica has to offer.

Without a doubt, our location on the beach sets us apart. Because of its strict environmental laws, there are few homes in Costa Rica that offer beachfront living. From our terrace to the sand is only 50 steps. The views over the beach and ocean are spectacular!
