Welcome to this charming family friendly condo retreat on Amelia Islands quiet north end, your perfect beach escape. Our unit is the perfect place to unwind after a day of activities at the beach, pool, tennis/pickleball or just walking our pristine beaches at sunrise. Shop around the historic downtown area or dine at the multitude of local restaurants and bars. Live music is a must too!
This stylish and comfortable property features a full well equipped kitchen to make amazing meals, patio seating and grill, living room with smart TV, games, books and dining room area with a circular table for you and guests. There are 2 BRs including 1 king bed with smart TV and 1 queen bed. In addition 2 full bathrooms equipped with hair dryer and all essentials to ensure guests will feel right at home. The living room space has a cozy twin bed nook providing an extra sleeping arrangement. There are plenty of beach accessories for your stay (beach towels, umbrella, beach wagon, chairs and games). Owner thought of everything. From beach items to crockpot, everything was already there. I even found a shot glass (2 would’ve been better) lol. Will 100% stay again. Great location and very convenient too.

Awesome condo with all the amenities you need especially if you are interested in dining in. Very well stocked kitchen, including items like aluminum foil, parchment paper, plastic wrap, etc.. The host is very responsive and has all the items you need to head to the beach, which is critical if you are flying to this location. The pool is directly behind the unit, which is fantastic if you have young children with you. We will definitely stay here again.

Nice unit with only 5 minute walk to the beach. If plan to dine in, you will have everything you need to prepare meals including a gas grill. The owner is very thoughtful with supplies like aluminum foil, plastic wrap, parchment paper, etc. Also, the onsite pool is well maintained and was a life saver for our grandchildren as we had several high wind days that kept us off the beach. The location is excellent being on the most northern part of the island. Only a 5 minute drive to Historic Downtown and the Marina. Plus, you are only a 2 minute drive to the State Park entrance. I would definitely stay here again.

Very well stocked kitchen. We are used to eating in our condo on vacations and this condo was great for that. They did have a lot of beach items as well but we brought our own as we were not certain of what we would need. Great location for the pool. Our extended family also booked nearby condos so we loved having most of our family with us and being so close to the beach was great!

We love the north end of the island, quiet and serene beach setting where you can walk and search for shells and sharks teeth.

My property is centrally located within Fernandina Shores and within feet of the pool and tennis court. The unit has free parking in addition to a dedicated visitor parking spot. A short 2-3 min walk will get you to the beach where you can enjoy beautiful sunrises, shell and shark teeth hunting! The outdoor space on the patio or balcony provides seating to enjoy morning coffee or a cool drink.
