Delivered on all its promises. Excellent beach access and views. Parking a second vehicle on-site requires work-arounds that could be a hassle for some.

Hooray! We're happy to have met all your expectations! Thanks for sharing and for making that note for visitors with multiple vehicles. As mentioned in our property description, the parking is limited in this complex and this property only has one reserved spot. But since we do manage other properties at a building a short walk away, that is always an option for secondary vehicles. Thanks again for being our guest!

Fun family getaway

Perfect beach location and overall great property that had everything we needed. We had a wonderful stay with easy check in/out. Only downside was parking our large SUV each time.

Awesome place

Just got home from a short girls trip. This condo was very nice and comfortable. The weather was perfect and found great sharks teeth. Will definitely stay here again.

Short family getaway

This property was perfect for our short family vacation. I traveled with my son, daughter in law and grandson. The property was in great condition and the beach was beautiful. Walking distance to restaurant and park were a huge bonus

Location!

The unit was clean, quiet, well appointed and you can’t beat the location and handy beach access. Folks around the building were friendly and Fernandina Beach seems very safe….our first trip to the area but we will definitely be back!

Most Relaxing Vacation in a Long TIme

I took two of my daughters (16 and 22 years old) and we had a relaxed time listening to the waves and seeing the ocean from the big windows of the living room.The sandy beach was just footsteps from the condo which made this place a want-to-come-back-to type of place.

Great Location

The property was as described and a great location. On the beach and close to downtown. We loved being able to sit on the balcony and watch the sunrise each morning. Took a short stroll on the beach and picked up some sea shells. Would stay again.

Condo kitchen was nicely stocked. Bed comfy. Rugs was kinda a tripping hazard. Would stay in this unit again. Beautiful view .

On the Beach

Property was just as it appeared in the photos. Quick walk to the beach and the views from inside the condo were amazing.
