Welcome to Wasatch Peak Chateau, a beautifully designed upstairs unit in our vacation home nestled in the scenic Roam Development of Mountain Green, Utah. Just minutes from Snowbasin Resort, this spacious, upscale property is the perfect year-round destination—whether you're chasing powder in the winter, hiking and biking in the summer, or simply seeking a peaceful mountain escape.

Amenities include Smart TVs, Mountain Views, free Wi-Fi, dog-friendly property, one dog only, a private hot tub, and complimentary use of community amenities such as an outdoor pool during summer months, two hot tubs (year-round), two pickleball courts, Patio areas, and a ski shuttle to Snowbasin right from the development. All bedrooms have room-darkening shades. A 2-car garage with a ski and snowboarding rack to store your gear.

This upstairs residence is part of a thoughtfully designed single home. The lower level is a completely separate unit and may also be occupied during your stay. Each space has its own private entrance, and the home was designed to allow guests to enjoy their stay comfortably and independently.

Step inside through the charming front porch into a welcoming foyer. Just off the entry, a private office with a queen-sized sleeper sofa, desk, and a large picture window offers the perfect space to work remotely or take in the scenic mountain and neighborhood views.

The main level features a bright, open-concept kitchen, dining, and living area—ideal for gathering and entertaining. The chef’s kitchen features a gas stove, spacious quartz countertops, a large island with seating for five, a pantry, a microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, and both a Keurig and a drip coffee maker. The adjacent dining room seats eight and flows directly onto the patio, providing additional outdoor dining space for eight guests.

Relax in the cozy living room, complete with a sectional sofa, accent chair, and large flat-screen TV. A convenient half bath is also on this floor.

Upstairs, you’ll find four spacious bedrooms and three full bathrooms:

Primary Ensuite: King bed, large TV, ceiling fan, dresser, and an ensuite with double sinks, a walk-in shower, quartz countertops, and a large walk-in closet.

Bedroom 2: Queen bed, coat rack, and double closet.

Bedroom 3: Two extra-long twin beds, mountain views, a coat rack, and a double closet.

Bedroom 4: Queen bedroom ensuite with mountain views, coat rack, and a large closet. The ensuite bath has a combination tub/shower, large spacious quartz countertops, cabinets, and sink.

An additional full bathroom offers a tub/shower combination, double sinks, and quartz countertops. This bathroom is shared with two of the upstairs bedrooms. The upstairs also features a full laundry room with a washer and dryer.
