Step through the screened porch into a bright, open-concept interior featuring elegant double tray ceilings and thoughtfully designed living spaces. The home is tastefully furnished with a coastal-tropical design, offering a warm and inviting atmosphere. The spacious living room offers plenty of comfortable seating, and a large flat-screen Smart TV. The TV stand also features a built-in electric fireplace, offering both style and warmth for tranquil evenings indoors. From here, open expansive sliding doors to the lanai, revealing picturesque views of the crystal-clear pool and pond framed by panoramic "picture perfect" screen enclosures—capturing the essence of Florida living at its finest!



An open concept kitchen is a chef’s delight, creating a great flow for festive vacation meals. Offering granite countertops, dishwasher, microwave, large island with bar stools, and a convenient pantry ensures ample storage. A dedicated coffee bar features a duo Cuisinart hot & iced single serve & 12-cup carafe coffee maker, a coffee grinder, electric kettle, and everything you need to start your mornings right! Multiple dining options are available, from the formal dining room to casual seating at the island, or an intimate table for two on the lanai - Perfect to enjoying a quiet morning coffee while listening to the sounds of nature.



The highly desirable split floor plan ensures privacy and comfort for all guests. The primary suite is a relaxing retreat after a fun-filled day at the beach, featuring a king-size bed, flat-screen TV, walk-in closet, and direct access to the lanai. The en-suite bathroom offers his and her vanities, a walk-in shower, and ample linen storage. The second bedroom also includes a king-size bed and Smart TV, and can function as a private suite thanks to a convenient pocket door. The third bedroom offers a cozy queen bed and Smart TV, perfect for kids or additional guests. The guest bathroom includes a single vanity, shower-over-the-tub combination, and a linen closet. Both bathrooms have hair dryers. All linens, towels, and pool towels are provided. Additional amenities include a laundry room with washer and dryer, Wi-Fi, cable TV, and a two-car garage stocked with beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, and two bicycles for guest use. The home also features a seamless self-check-in process via keypad, ensuring a smooth arrival experience.
